About this property

Hot tub with a great location. Close to village and tax free outlets.

Please don’t forget your bathing n hot tub towels.We do supply everything else...We are now an easy 5 minute walk to the new MT Washington Recreation path...ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! 10:00 sharp check out time for july and august.
Must bring Bathing and hot tub towels we will supply everything else.
We will supply everything else Stand alone beautiful home with gas grill, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wood stove and fire pit and much more. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with pudding pond trail head only minutes away and only 5 minutes to the Village. The home offers a total of three bedrooms--two bedrooms upstairs both queen size beds with a futon as well and two sets of bunks in lower area. The main area is an open kitchen, dining living room with table and counter seating for the whole group. There are plenty of TV's which you can access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., videos as well as owners' 500+ digital movie library from all Rokus, and wifi. The lower level also offers a place for the kids to hang out and play which is nice for the parents.. No need to pack up high chair, booster seat or pack and play as we have them too. Lots of people have to work on vacation so we added a nice work area. We have thought of everything so no need to pack anything but you,food and your clothes. There is a second/private entrance to the downstairs sleeping area.

Amazing Cozy Family Escape!
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! We have three kids under 5 so they were in absolute awe of all the toys in the basement and the bunkbeds were so fun. Hot tub offered a nice escape after a long day of skiing. Also location, location location! Cannot get any better, so close to town, the mountain, groceries, you name it. We had an issue getting in with our lockcode and Kerri was super responsive and helpful. Definitely bring your own towels.

Mountain vacation
We had a lovely time. The hot tub is fabulous. The cottage is a gem. We used the woodstove quite a bit to keep that place toasty warm on these cold cold days. There are so many trails to hike in the immediate vicinity. We were never lacking nature ! Town is quite close by, but once we’re home, it’s nice and quiet. Highly recommend it. Also very close to any skiing that people would like to do both cross country and downhill. Will definitely return.

Cozy and comfy....perfect weekend get away!
Spent the weekend here with my close friends and family to throw my 13 year old birthday party. The girls were able to have their own space down stairs while the adults stayed upstairs.....which worked out. Kahuna Laguna was minutes away and they came back and enjoyed the hot tub! It was a blast. The host was excellent at anaswering questions timely throughout whole process. The only minor complaint that we had was how.low the toilet was to the ground. It is not great for people with bad knees.

Great family get away
This place has everything! Everything a large family could need while away. The location was close to N. Conway area attractions. There is a lovely walking trail close by. The kitchen has it all! Basement was a perfect kid hang out, great for all ages. The jacuzzi was wonderful and clean. We look forward to booking again!

Stayed for 3 nights with family and friends (8 total 4 kids 5-10 and 4 adults). House was bigger and better in person than the photos! Basement was great space for kids. Hot tub was perfect after a day at Cranmore. Wood burning stove made the stay cozy. Clean house and easy checkin and out. Only complaint would be the upstairs mattresses both had divets. Hope to stay here again!

Great Getaway
Our stay is just what we needed. We needed a break from a very hectic time and enjoyed our quiet time. We have stayed here before and Kerri is an awesome host! The home is perfect and close to everything. The hot tub was the perfect end to our days!

Meh, expected more due to positive reviews
This property is in a good location and the host is very responsive, however we found the home extremely dated and just ok. At 400.00 a night total, we expected beds to be comfortable (in one room upstairs I kept rolling into my spouse all night due to angle downward, the other room's bed an old flimsy mattress that squeaked loudly with any movement. Pillows sheets and towels were old need a refresh. (hot tub towels were great however) On a positive note the jacuzzi tub was outstanding.

Weekend Getaway
I stayed at this property with my wife, our 2 year-old daughter, my parents, and my in-laws. We checked in on Thursday and stayed till Sunday. Place is as advertised. Great location. House is big and has everything you need for a great little getaway. Host was easy to contact and made sure we had a great stay. Hot tub was a nice way to end the day. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in North Conway.

Great cabin in the woods
Beautiful cabin close to lots of great hiking. We had great time hiking at local mountains, and relaxing at night in the cabin and cooking in the nicely laid out kitchen.

Wonderful stay with dogs!
We loved the cabin. So cozy, great location, we especially loved the hot tub! Being able to bring the dogs was the cherry on top - the walk downhill to the trail was a highlight, fresh snow and all. Looking forward to booking again!

We had a good time, the ice at the front and back door was tough but the ice melt did help! Once we figure out the hot tub we much enjoyed the hot water … felt amazing! Location was convenient to the Main Street in North Conway!

Cozy, quiet, comfortable cottage.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and definitely will plan on going back. The woodstove the hot tub, the location and being in nature all fabulous. Nature all around beautiful views. Nice walking areas clean and comfortable. Very close to town but far enough away to have good peace and quiet. Close access to mountains. Great restaurants,, Skiing and hiking. Dog friendly a big plus.
