This 1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a big TV in living room and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo will sleep up to 6 people with a king in the Master Bedroom and 2 doubles in the Guest Bedroom. Free WiFi available in condo. It has a private patio with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. There are no high sand dunes in your way. Step out to the beach and put your toes in the Atlantic Ocean! Paradise! The complex has a large pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles.

Amazing beach weekend getaway!

I have stayed just about everywhere in Amelia island and this, by far, was our favorite. I have 3 boys ages 4,8, and 11 so the convenience of being on the ground, literally right next to the pool which leads directly to the beach. Even a wooden path to make things like beach carts soooo much easier. Parking was super easy and location is close to everything! Will most definitely rent again! Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful little beach paradise ☺️Only complaint was the second bedroom tv wouldn’t work but as soon as my kids figured out the sofa had a pull out, they were able to watch the living room TV instead so it wasn’t an issue for us just thought you’d like to know.

Great location but needs some updates.

The condo is in a great location…… A few miles from quaint downtown Fernandina Beach. However the condo could use a better cleaning service. I had to clean the coffee maker before using it as it had debris in the water reservoir. The dishwasher (must be original) did not drain water and therefore we had to hand wash dishes. We never received our email notification for access to the condo and I had to call and wait for instructions from the company managing the vrbo. Once I received instructions and arrived onsite to pick up the packet from the office the staff once again was confused with what was in my packet and gave me a code that was not needed for our unit. Clarifying the check-in process should be an easy fix.
