The Turtles Nest! I was blessed to experience the baby turtles walking out to sea 2 years ago and became obsessed! The decor of the condo reflects my love of sea turtles! Beautiful new master bath in January 2023! 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, tastefully decorated. 1,300 SF third floor unit with two brand new sliders to large ocean front balcony with reclining chairs and pub height dining table/chairs. Many units in this building still have original bedroom furniture from 1984...ours is all updated including mattresses! We invest thousands of dollars every year to retain the appearance and cleanliness of this unit. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Take a trip to Cape Canaveral, Disney, Vero Beach or just enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful beach and pool. Completely equipped kitchen, big screen TV in living room and Roku TV in master and TV in guest room. This is an updated condo that you will feel at home in.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: tons of towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs and umbrellas. We will be back!

Lovely condo

Beach Gem

Love Indian Harbour Beach Club, 2nd time here. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels/equipment, very clean, great office staff. This unit is so cute, sea turtle theme is fun. Nice updates have been done, and we saw multiple launches right from the beach and one from our balcony! Worth every cent, great location! We donated a wok pan and 2 boogie boards to the unit 😎

Wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. Great location right on the beach. Condo couldn't be any nicer- beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

When we walked through the door, we immediately saw the ocean. There was a beautiful view from almost every room. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The balcony was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

The BEST beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome condo! The views were absolutely stunning and the place was so comfortable and homey. They had plenty of beach towels &the perfect amount of beach equipment for us. We had a power outage on the block for a few hours one day, but power was restored before we even returned from the beach. The host was so awesome about keeping us up to date with repairs which was greatly appreciated. We were even lucky enough to catch site of dolphins at the beach on day 1! We ended our vacay with a surprise view of a rocket launch that was absolutely amazing! I would return in a heartbeat, thank you so much for such a memorable vacation!

Annual mother daughter trip!

Everything about this condo is amazing; the location of the condo building itself AND the location of the specific condo! The building is close to grocery stores and restaurants and the specific condo itself is located farther away from the pool so it’s quiet. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and the furniture was very comfortable! The view was perfect! We normally don’t pay much attention to interior decor, but this condo is not only beautifully decorated, it is also very comfortably appointed! We felt at home the very first night! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We actually stayed in a different condo in this same building last year. I can say from experience that not all owners put forth the same effort in their condos that this owner does. And the mattresses! Wow! I don’t know what kind of dream cloud mattress is on the twin beds, but I need a queen sized for my own bed at home! My mom was just as pleased with the mattress in the master bedroom. Everything was great! We stayed for two weeks and can’t wait to stay for another two weeks in this same condo next summer!

Great Place To Vacation

Unit was clean, stocked, and very well decorated. View is amazing! We saw dolphins, turtles, and many birds. Will visit again, but may come later in the year since July was pretty hot and humid. One issue was AC Unit failed and had to be looked at by local maintenance. Over all a great stay. Looking forward to visting again... :)

Perfect location!

The view from this condo was absolutely amazing! My mom enjoyed every morning at 5am :( and we both enjoyed it in the evening. It was quiet, relaxing and just steps away from the pool and ocean. It was also the perfect location to restaurants and groceries. It seemed liked every destination was 0.9 miles away. We had a great time and if we visit that area in the future, we will definitely stay there again!

Another Amazing Stay!

This is our fifth time staying in this building and the 4th in this particular unit. It is one of our favorite places to stay. The unit is clean, well stocked with cooking supplies, and has quality furniture. I enjoy the balcony and listening to the ocean as I nap. Pool was good, and area isn't packed with tourist. A good, nice, secret.

Christmas at the beach

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas break at this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for us all and the view was amazing. Updated master bath was a bonus!

Wonderful beach vacation with surfing!

My kids were thrilled that they could surf right outside the condo and I could watch from the balcony with a coffee and the sunrise! While the building is a little older, it is well maintained, and the unit has been updated! There is a beautiful, brand new master bathroom, and all the rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive. The location is great - right on the water with beautiful views, and we walked to several different restaurants as well as an amazing gym right across the street! Would definitely recommend.

A Great Hidden Gem . . . . .

This is our third time staying at this unit at this particular property. We have stayed at other properties in the area and this is our favorite. We like the size of the building, the ease of the parking, and the good quality of the unit. Even with 2 hurricanes impacting the beach causing massive erosion, the pool area and other areas are still in good condition. My favorite thing is to sit on the balcony and read in the mornings. The sound of the ocean as you sleep is soothing. It's an amazing unit and property.

Perfect View

We visited the week of Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay here. The unit had everything we needed from cookware to beach chairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend renting this unit Very roomy and the beds are super comfortable Thumbs up to this unit

Excellent Beach Location

This property was in an excellent location. On the beach, near many amenities, but small enough to have a really private field. The unit was updated. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean. Plus they have everything you need for the beach (chairs, boogie board, even a rental company to set up chairs and umbrella on the beach if you prefer). In the unit they had a coffee maker, a Keurig, crockpot, all you can eat with regards to kitchen items. We really enjoyed her today and will be back.

We love our getaway in Florida and want to share it with others! Dan and I live in Bucks County, PA and have family who owned in Indian Harbour Beach Club. We decided to purchase 5 years ago and have loved every minute of it! We have invested in improvements every year and many of our guests return for multiple visits.

You will feel at home at this unit. It is tastefully decorated and comfy! We purchased brand new top line mattresses for all three beds since we have owned, new furniture for both bedrooms, new washer and dryer. dishwasher, A/C unit and new dining room set. We have replaced all doors in the unit. We invest in YOUR comfort.

What makes this property unique

We are on the third floor, which makes it easy to take the stairs instead of the elevator. We are on the opposite side of the building from the swimming pool, so you can enjoy peaceful time on the balcony.
