HOUSE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO CITY WATER, NO LONGER ON A WELL AS OF MARCH 2017. House is located 2 tenths of a mile off of US 25/Georgetown rd. On our family farm.

Relaxing, spacious, and convenient

Great stay at this property - Todd was easy to communicate with leading up to and during our visit. The house is close enough to all things Lexington but far enough away to enjoy some country living. Our dog loved the fenced yard. It's great to wake up surrounded by green pastures and pretty horses nearby. Thanks Todd!

Perfect for KHP show

If you're showing at KHP, this is the place to stay. Exactly as advertised; even accomodated our dog last minute. Beautiful farm. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch with the horses in the paddocks. Todd is a very responsive host. We will most definitely be back for our event next year!

Perfect Place to Spend Time With Family & Friends

This was our second stay and it was perfect- close to everything or just a short drive, pet friendly, easy to check in and out, host was always quick to respond, and who doesn't just LoveLove waking up to fresh fallen snow on a beautiful working horse farm in KY? We will stay here again. It really is the perfect place. Thanks Todd, we enjoyed it so much!

They house wonderful!!! The view was beautiful wirh the barn and horses! Very close to the Kentucky horse park and a short drive to the ark encounter! George town was a quick drive to the grocery store! If I could give it 10 ⭐️ I would!!!

Close, Comfortable and Clean

What a nice place to stay when showing at the KY Horse Park. The House is roomy, was completely clean and well organized. Never had to contact our Host since there were zero issues to deal with. We would definitely want to book this house again!

Lexington stay

The house was located on a farm with horses. The house was clean and comfortable and we had a great time with our Kentucky experience. The owner communicated effectively and we all had a great experience. If we are out that way again and the property was availible, we would consider renting again. Job well done.

Great location

This was perfect for our adult family vacation. Beautiful views and close to our excursions, the Ark, Ride the Rails, and Aviation Museum. The house was very spacious, in a quiet area and beautiful sunsets. Loved it!

Perfect Location for Lexington Vacation

House was very roomy with all amenities needed. Fantastic kitchen. We all had space to spread out. Loved watching horses while drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. Host was extremely accommodating, even with unexpected extra guest as our sons ended up being able to join us for the weekend. Location could not be better. Super close to Horse Park. Only 10 miles to downtown Lex. Grocery shopping only 3 miles away. Would stay here again!

This is the 4th time staying here for The Bluegrass Classic Sheep Dog Trial held annually at Masterson Station. This house is the best! Hopefully I can continue my tradition.

Quiet farm house

This was a perfect location for me and my family for a quiet weekend get away. Out and away from the hustle and bustle with just some cows, horses and quiet evenings. Nothing fancy just a very quaint home that reminds me of my families Midwest home. Simple, comfortable, easy. Will try to stay here again.

Great property in horse country

Second time staying here. Love this pet-friendly place. Close to Iron Works Pike and the beautiful backroads of the area. Peaceful and serene. Plenty of room to spread out and walk the grounds or up and down the lane to view the countryside and horses. House is spacious and has a fence on the front side and open yard in back. Bedrooms are spacious and roomy, and nice kitchen and living room and back porch, with swing. Hated to leave. Will likely rent again next time taking the dog along on a trip to the area. Only slight knock is that the since it is pet-friendly, the carpets have accumulated some stains over the years, but you kind of expect that in pet-friendly rentals, and definitely not a deal-breaker due to the rest of the appeal.
