Air-conditioned for year round comfort. Each bedroom has its own comfort thermostat. Enjoy your vacation in the newly remodeled unit in the newly remodeled St. James, steps away from the ski slopes, The Plaza, Ice Rink, Shops, and The Vilar Center of the Arts. Underground parking for your car

Enter your unit with a generous foyer, bench and with the Complete Kitchen on your right with the Dining Table (6) and 3 bar stools. Continue on to the Living room with built in cabinets and 50' HD 3D TV/ Blu-ray 3D DVD, Game table and comfortable couch and chair near the fireplace and deck. The deck is long and narrow with a tall bar table and stools looking over the entry courtyard lighted trees in winter and flowers in summer.

Kitchen appliances were installed in 2020. The range is an induction cooktop.
The countertops are granite and the bar.

There is a King Bedroom off the living room, pillowtop mattress, chest, desk, chairs and a 30' LED/TV with a private bath with tub/shower. Down the hall to your left, you will find a closet with a washer/dryer and another bath with a tub/shower opposite a closet with ironing board and useful appliances. Next is the twin bedroom with chest, desk 30'LED/TV DVD(see photo).

The Master Bedroom has a pillowtop King, 42' HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, night stands, chest, working desk, sitting (reading) area, and a large walk-in closet with key-pad safe. A private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, twin sinks, hairdryer, and cabinets for necessities awaits you.

Perfect location - size- complementary items for 12 month old!!

We came for 5 nights and the location was perfect. The concierge set us up with sleigh ride to Allie’s Cabin! Convenient ski locker and baby items included. Three bedroooms and indoor pool/ hot tub!! Great Staff at the St James. Went to Grace Potter at Villar!! Everything is steps away!!

Nice Condo in the middle of all the action

Great location, short walk to Centennial lift, located in the village at Beaver Creek. Excellent Gym, Pool and Hot Tubs. Gym is better than the pictures, has full weight set, plenty of cardio equipment, Peleton, and more. I would stay here again when visiting Beaver Creek.

St James = Perfect Location

We have been to BC many times and usually stayed in a condo or house not directly connected to the BC Village. No longer! We will stay at the St James for future visits. Being walking distance to the the slopes and shops is much more convenient than taking the shuttles. The condo was as described. A perfect fit for three couples and toddler. The pool/spa area was great - not crowded and very clean.

Cozy winter condo

We loved staying at the St James Place. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of four and my parents. Such an easy walk to ski school, great shops and fabulous restaurants. Wonderful memories were made and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Great location in the Beaver Creek Village

Was attending a conference at Beaver Creek, with two colleagues. This unit was a short walk to the center of the Beaver Creek village, and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, and could share the living room / kitchen area. Communication was great, check in very easy. Unit was clean and well appointed. A great home away from home for a few days.

Incredible place for our summer family vacation.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer familu vacation at this home. From AC units in every bedroom to plenty of towels and pillows, this place offered everything a guest may need and more. Parking is easy and the location can’t be beat. We had the best 2 weeks here and hope to come back to this same property every summer. Not one complaint!

We enjoyed the location, with its proximity to the gondola and shops and restaurants. The elevators were a challenge. One of the two elevators that go to the garage and lockers was down the entire week we were here and we were told by others that it has been down at least two weeks. This creates challenges in the morning when everyone is leaving to ski and in the afternoon when everyone checks in. Additionally, we were not provided a mid week cleaning as promised, Overall I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in Beaver.

roomy condo in Beaver Creek Village

Condo was spacious and had all we needed for our annual family ski trip. A bit dated - it had that 90s colorado look that many of the units had back then but was comfortable. Location was great - right in village. You do have to haul your skis to the lift so not ski in and ski out but a short walk and the escalator helps withe getting there. Only negative comment is that the unit was really warm the entire stay -even with frigid temps outside. Perhaps the heat is uniform for the building but we could not get the temp to drop even by lowering the thermostat. But a minor inconvenience - would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

Lovely three bedroom apartment that worked great for our family with two adult children and a teenager. Convenient to skiing and shops in the village. Apartment was great for eating in every night as we are still avoiding dining out during COVID and the kitchen worked great for nice breakfast every morning. Spacious ski locker.

A great long weekend

Our family of 5 plus 2 additional family members had a great weekend here. The description was spot on. We loved the location and the property was clean, well stocked and very spacious! It had every amenity we could’ve wanted and the highlight (other than amazing skiing) was the hot tub and indoor swimming pool. Our kids loved it! This condo will not disappoint you!
