The condo was perfect size for 1 -2 people. Easy walk to ski and if planned right easy exit at the end of the day. Id stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Ok but not great
Somewhat convenient to access runs but a long walk to restaurants at base. Furniture and bedroom mattress at condo was dated and need to be replaced. Bathroom counter and toilet were very small. Needs new pans for cooking. Hallway and ceiling noisy from normal activities. cooking.
I rented the house with my daughter and a couple of her friends. The house was perfect! The view from the roof was incredible. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the front and the intercoastal on the back. Saturday morning I woke up to the most beautiful sunrise and watched from the comfort of the master suite. The weather was FREEZING so we did not get to enjoy the beach but the layout of the home allowed me to sit quietly and read a book while 16 year old girls made Tik-Tok videos. I absolutely loved this house!!!!
We stayed for 1 week and it was an excellent location. The condo is on the same floor as the parking lot (4th floor) and the ski in/out is on the first floor just outside the building. We skied in right to the door, however, to ski out, we walked across the road to the green slope, Right 0 Way, which leads to the Wild Blue Gondola. Not sure if you can ski down to the Wild Blue Gondola from the ski in path. The elevator was out of service during our stay but it looked like they fixed it on our last day! The jacuzzi was very hot and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. You will need to bring shampoo/conditioner/bar soap and a sponge to clean dishes with.

Great location
Loved the location and how close it is to the resort
My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved everything about it. The place was right on the slopes, very clean and has everything you need to prepare meals. We will be back!
We really enjoyed staying here. The view was awesome, the bed comfortable and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was super clean, nice and hot. We would definitely go back!
This was a well outfitted cozy condo with a nice parking setup . We were close to lifts and walking distance to shops and restaurants.Excellent communication with hosts. Great getaway with snow galore!
The short walk to a run was easy, and it was great to be able to ski back to the building. It made it easy for people to start the day and end the day at different times.
Accommodations are decent, but you’re really renting the location.
My son and I spent 5 days here. Great condo bit of a walk to gondola. We snowboard so strapping up wasnt option as the ski in/ski out slope was not enough for the boards.
The property is clean and comfortable. We liked the view from the deck. It was also close to the main resort area and was a quick drive to downtown steamboat. My only complaint is that I thought the mattress was way too soft. I think it is old and needs to be replaced.

Perfect in Every Way
We arrived on Thursday evening to sparkling clean condo with a roaring fire in the gas fireplace. This one bedroom condo is the perfect size and layout for a couple or small family with plenty of closet and storage space. We loved watching the skiers from our private balcony and the kids loved playing in the extra closet. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. Easy walk to the ski trail and truly ski in. We hope to return very soon and highly recommend this condo. It is well stocked and well maintained. Truly a perfect snow villa!
Great location! Ski in-ski out is very convenient! Beautiful view from the windows!
Responsive management. When we had a question, the management replied the same day.
Clear and easy check in and check out instructions. No additional stops to pick up keys. You can drive directly to the apartment.
Convenient parking lot.
The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is clean but needs remodeling. Bath towels was clean, but very old. Comfortable bed. Not so comfortable couch, but it was good enough after a day of skiing.
In general, very nice place. Would come again.
Great location. Neighbors were really loud late until the night. There should be quiet time hours and they should be told about in advance and inforced. Too much money spent to be kept awake by juveniles stacking beer cans. If I wanted that I would have gone to Panama City
Cozy condo was fine for 2 but would be tight with 4. Older decor. Kitchen well stocked for use. Tissue products were thin and rough— needs upgrade. Lack of a/c was bordering on miserable (the fans didn’t cut it even at night), but then we were there in the middle of summer — maybe a small window unit in the bedroom? Location on mountain would be good for skiing access, and served us well for easy morning hikes. Check in was easy as key cards accessed via an on-site lock box.

Cute little place
This was a nice little condo right at the base of the hills. It was well decorated, had a very cozy feel, and included everything that we needed for cooking for the weekend. Its def ski-in and out, although we didnt get to do that because there wasnt quite enough snow on the ground at the time. Was nice to just be able to walk to the gondola village too.
The only complaint that I had was that its so close to the runs that we had kind of a dull 'hissing' noise from the snow machines during the day. But we werent there much during the day, so that was ok. Great little place though, I will certainly be looking to go back again!

Great 1BR condo, fireplace, super convenient walk-to access to Right-O-Way ski run, amazing manager
We stayed at this condo over Valentine's weekend, and really liked it. It's cozy, well-appointed and very conveniently located literally a sub-1-minute walk to the Right-O-Way run that takes you down to the Gondola base area. The kitchen is nicely updated; comfy couch and chair, dining table, good size LCD TV, gas fireplace, and balcony are all nice features. The windows all face the mountain which is nice.
The fact that this unit is located on the "ground" floor is great so you don't have to lug your bags or gear up and down stairs (it's technically on the third floor but it's on the ground level). There was always parking right outside the door, even on this busy weekend. It's easy to access the key from the lock box in the main lobby - no need to make a stop at a separate condo management office.
There's a shared hot tub, which you walk to about 20 feet outside. It's not huge but it gets the job done and it has a nice view of the mountain.
The unit's managers, Kristin and Dan, are amazing! We worked mostly with Kristin although Dan came by to get the fireplace going. She was incredibly helpful, responds almost instantly to emails, and went out of her way to make our stay as nice as possible. I was genuinely impressed by everything she did for us and would recommended her services to anyone!

Nice Place but Encountered Several Problems
?Pros:
- ski in
- short distance to slopes (even if it is uphill)
- walking distance to Gondola Square
- great view of ski slop
- nice updated kitchen
- very roomy, plenty of storage
- fans and humidifiers available
- elevator which goes from unit floor to ski locker/ski access
- balcony with table/chairs
Cons:
- no spices (had I known, I could have brought my own vs. having to by them)
- no sponges to wash dishes -- finally found extra towels on a shelf in storage closet in unit
- no extra Kleenex (only a few tissues left when we got there)
- lack of info -- I expected there to be more info about Steamboat, contact info for property mgmt (you had to call them to get WiFi code but phone number is no where in unit)
- security alarm at building door went off two times -- from Fri night 10:15pm-10:00am Sat morning and (2) Sun morning 8:00am to 12:00pm (hard to sleep through the piercing alarm)
- on Sun night at 11pm, the smoke detector started beeping then went off. After finally getting the alarm to stop, it started beeping again. As a result we ended up leaving the unit at 12:15am and getting a hotel room. (I did mention this to property owner and her comment was it was out of her control. Personally, I think changing the batteries and having the alarm serviced was in her control.)
Because of the issues with the building security alarm and smoke detector in the unit (and the fact we had to pay for a hotel room for one night because of the smoke detector), I wouldn't stay at a Cute Snow Villas property again.
We were in town for a softball tournament and the condo couldn’t have been more perfect for us and what we needed! Check in was super easy and it was a quiet place! We will definitely be back!
