I am a professional relocating for my job to out of AZ. My condo has been mostly owner occupied and has been my home for several years.
Why they chose this property
This is one of the best communities in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. Close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, golf course, nightlife, casino, freeways, grocery stores, etc.
Besides having access to heated swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and pet friendly. It is a lovely place to live.
