One story semi detached house surrounded by playgrounds next door to nature reserve. Backyard with trampoline (new safety net).
Four separate bedrooms with single beds. Free parking outside car free area in community of 38. Swedish standard not including air conditioning. Bathroom with bathtub (older standard). Garden with sitting places (plan to be rebuilt with new deck during summer).
Not allergy proof: sofa with down pills, guinea pigs in one room when not rented. Wi-fi. Chome-cast for TV. Home of single mother with three kids.
Getting here:
Buses to city: 20 minutes to Slussen with 401/80, runs day and night, 15 minutes walk from Älta gård. 20 minutes to Gullmarsplan with 801, runs morning and evening, 5 minutes walk from Bäckalidsvägen.
