OCEAN View Colonial THREE doors from the BEACH

Our reservations at this time are 4 DAYS minimum for the off season months.
Next season 2024 reservations are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY only , 7 days minimum

The house is located 3 DOORS away from the BOARDWALK and the BEACH entrance, please see our aerial photos.
We all experienced in a recent seasons PARKING and RESTAURANTS capacity RESTRICTIONS
but our guests had no issue with any restrictions as they were able to get back-and-forth, in no time, to the house, truly ENYOJING this house PROXIMITY to the BEACH.

You also can enjoy fantastic VIEW of the beach & OCEAN from this home's large front open PORCH, great for summer ENTERTAINING.
7 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, eclectic Colonial located THREE doors from the BEACH, its fabulous boardwalk with both OCEAN front, Pavilion Restaurant and the THE COLUMNS restaurant with LIVE entertainment, Organic and grass-fed dining options at CAVE restaurant, Vegan "Seed to Sprout" 5 blocks away, Whole Foods & Starbucks 4 miles distance.
Not into restaurants? There is a GRILL in a backyard.

Finally, you can relax on the wrap around porch for your morning coffee (I know all guests love that) or a glass of wine (they all love that as well) with enchanted OCEAN views while gentle COOL breezes from the water surround you on most, very HOT days.
And... if the evening is cooler, you can have a great time in the BACKYARD by our fantastic FIRE PIT with comfortable seating.
In the backyard there is also additional REFIGERATOR located in the walk out basement to keep cold BEVERAGES or your FOOD supply for GRILLING.
One of the bathrooms - 5th BATHROOM is located in that walk out basement and is used as an OUTDOOR shower or bathroom while in the backyard.

A big plus, 2 GARAGE spaces available so no need to spend time to look for a PARKING at a far distance. Also, this very short proximity to the beach feels so convenient in contrast to a "hike" from few blocks away on a very HOT day with all chairs, umbrellas, yourself /or children.

We offer 4 beach BADGES, beach TOWELS, an umbrella, 3 boogie boards (Please review rental agreement regarding house rules)

Pre Spring Lake wedding week

Easy walk to the beach… so nice to be able to go back for lunch etc. Grilled out in the grassy backyard and ate on the beautiful front porch most nights! 2 car garage a big plus to rotate vehicles for street parking.

Beautiful house, beautiful week!

Had an amazing trip to this property! I grew up visiting Avon, but finally had the chance to stay in one of the beautiful homes and this did not disappoint! The porch was an incredible spot to be, with great views of the water and plenty of seating for our large group! The house had plenty of rooms for our party and we had pretty much everything we could need. The owner and property manager were very responsive, communicative and helpful. We had a great stay, and will be returning again!

Amazing Front Porch

Our family had a great week in Avon-by-the-Sea. Beat and Joe were very nice and accommodating. We found out when we arrived that the water pressure isn't great. We worked around it. Pros: • House was clean • Front / Wraparound Porch is amazing • Close to beach & Boardwalk • Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance • 2-car garage and free street parking • Sheets & towels included • Plenty of seating for meals • Grill • Very responsive owner Cons: • Water pressure (one shower at a time; unable to use washing machine or dishwasher while showering)

Wonderful Week

We all had a wonderful week. Traveled in from Wisconsin. The home was perfect and had everything we needed… location, size, comfort, ease of use. Having extra bathrooms with showers made getting cleaned up after a day at the beach so easy. Loved hanging out on the porch and in the back yard. Beata and Joe were very helpful and so great to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place...slightly awkward property manager experience

We absolutely loved this home in a prime location - the ocean is visible from the porch. It was just lovely. The home is beautiful and well-cared for. The owner (Joe) is a kind man who clearly cares a lot about the property and is involved in day to day management. The space is extensive with lots of rooms and beds and our group of 3 adults and 5 kids had rooms to spare. The kitchen was a bit spare and could have used things like cookie sheets and kitchen towels, but overall it served our purposes. Only reason for a 4 is that we had a not great experience with the property manager as she just seemed overall questioning and not trusting in conversations before and after. While there, there were hurricane winds in Avon (so much so that the beach was closed). We followed many of the house rules around storing pillows and lowering umbrellas, we missed one in the back yard (where we spent virtually no time). Overnight, that umbrella gave in to the wind and broke. While we called as soon as we discovered it, the property manager suggested we had somehow moved the table to make it break, ignoring the hurricane wind reality. When we said, absolutely not, she continued to challenge. This made it all more negative for us. We were happy to own responsibility for not lowering the umbrella but not the accusations she made. Overall, strong recommendation, but be prepared for an extensive "house rules" set of requirements, and know that the property manager is a bit tough.

Wonderful Beach House Experience!

We absolutely loved the house and had a great stay in beautiful, quaint Avon by the Sea! The location was ideal as we were right by the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The garage behind the house accommodated 2 cars. The house had everything we needed and Beata and Joe were responsive in answering our questions and addressing minor maintenance issues. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great beach vacation spot! :)

Excellent beach house

We rented this house with my family of 10 and was a perfect spot close o the beach. The house was clean with plenty of beds and bedrooms. Also each room had a window AC. The house also had plenty of fridge space with and extra fridge in the basement for all you bevarges. In addition it came with extra beach chairs of someone needed an extra as well as boogie boards for the kids. The property manager and owner was very easy to deal with and communicated well. The outside porch is beautiful with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. In additin the yard was plenty big enough for the kids to play soccer or throw the ball. The two car garage was very helpful for parking. Grill and fire pit was also excellent. Overall i would highly recommend you want to soend some time by the shore with a big family.

Great Family House

This was a lovely, comfortable house, very well located only three houses from the Avon By The Sea beach. Owners responded immediately to any issue. This is a very family-friendly area.

Relaxing at the Jersey Shore

We rented a last minute getaway the the Jersey Shore the week after Labor Day. The house had plenty of room for our family of adults. Most were working from home at some point with no problem. The house is 3 in from the beach so a quick walk. There are restaurants right near house across from beach and town is a quick 10 minute walk. Beata and Joe were lovely and always checked in to see if we needed anything. No issues, would love to come back again soon!

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our week at this three-story home. Front porch with ocean views was our favorite spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails and relaxing throughout the day. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, new bathrooms, updated kitchen, washer/dryer and easy parking in the garage. Walk up to the Avon Pavilion for delicious breakfast, lunch or BYOB dinner. Numerous other restaurants a short Uber/drive away in Avon and surrounding towns. Avon beach is lovely - wide and well maintained - and only steps away.

Perfect summer farewell vacation

Sunrise Sunset

Watching the sun rise and set over the ocean from the wraparound porch made the vacation! Coupled with proximity to the beach and boardwalk and excellent responsiveness by the house manager , the rental was a total success!

Perfect Week!

Amazing family vacation at this quintessential Jersey shore beach house! Great location, just steps from the beach and good restaurants. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Joseph and Beata couldn't be more acomodationg. Can't wait for next year!

Beautiful Victorian Home

This beautiful victorian home is in a great location. The proximity to the beach is a real plus as well. The house is spacious and lovely. The constant breeze on the front porch is another great feature. The owners are very accommodating and gracious. They went out of their way to make sure we would have a very pleasant experience.
