This spacious, renovated third-floor one-bedroom, one-bath condo spans 655 square feet and offers a cozy, clean, and inviting atmosphere. Stay cool with the air conditioner, or let the ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom provide a refreshing breeze. For those who need to stay connected, free high-speed 5G Wi-Fi (400 Mb/s) is available throughout the condo. There's also unlimited calling to the U.S. mainland, Canada, and select international destinations.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, a second 22-inch flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to relax. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, with an additional nightly fee for the third guest.

* No Smoking: Our property is a non-smoking home inside and on the lanai. A designated smoking area is provided away from the building. A $500 fine applies for violation of this policy.
* Extra Cleaning Fees: Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning or damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Additional Guest Fee
The condo accommodates up to 3 guests. For additional guests, there is a charge of $30 per person per night.

Trip Insurance
We recommend considering trip insurance from Yonder Insurance, which not only protects your trip but also helps provide meals for children in need in places like Nepal and Burma. With every policy purchased, they donate meals to children in remote areas.

Hawaii State Taxes
Please note that any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed on to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is fully compliant with Hawaii law, and all applicable taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii.
