Within historic Bukkuram, a historic dammuso added to an ancient and immense property includes a historic wine cellar from 1400, located in a former church desecrated, a place full of charm and magic, that there take your breath away, surrounded by an old aristocratic palace, by a lovely church with domed roofs, bougainvillea, palm trees and vineyards as far as the eye can see, where the grapes and let it dry in the sun is collected by hand between August and September until it becomes "raisins" to get one of the best sweet wines of the world, "Cossyra".
