Family Vacation

There was a problem with the alarm and several things were broken or missing. I was disappointed that there was no tub in the master bathroom. All of our concerns were easily reported to the management company. Some things were addressed while we were there.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week long stay and everything was handled in a professional way. Communication with the rental agency was very easy with all directions given in both emails and text messages. The home was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed (maybe a better frying pan for bacon). We did not use the pool but having a crawling non-walking toddler made us appreciate cleanliness of the home. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of towels provided. Two Publix grocery stores less than 2 miles away and a Walmart Superstore and Aldi. Plenty of food choices and we found a great bagel place as well as Starbucks a short drive away. We would stay again if we return to Disney.

Nice house with pool, game room, and close to Disney

We stayed at the house with two kids, 4 & 6, as a base for exploring Disney for 6 days, as well as Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, SeaWorld, Sarasota, Marineland, Florida Aquarium, Big Cat Habitat, and Gatorland. We really just slept here, never even made it into the pool, left early in the morning and home late each night. Floorplan is a nice layout, with kids shielded from master bedroom with comfy king mattress, private bath with large shower. Private laundry was awesome. A/C works good. Kitchen is functional. Mgmt company is very attentive, solved a small issue with the fridge same day. Walmart is a couple miles in one direction, and Publix supermarket a couple miles in the other direction.

Great vacation home

This vacation home was very clean and spacious. The pool was a little old and had a few stains but was nicely maintained. We were able to get it heated and we definitely enjoyed having it. The bedrooms are spacious and there’s plenty of linens, towels, beach towels for everyone. Two types of coffee makers was perfect as well. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. We would definitely rent this property again.

Good

The house was as listed. We did need to have maintenance out for clogged drains, but they came while we were at the parks so not a big deal. My only complaint is that the master tub/shower was way too deep. I'm 5'2 and had difficulty stepping in and out. If I was a senior I would not have been able to use the master bath. I recommend at least adding a railing. The office was easy to contact and they were very helpful.

Great location, perfectly sized for family of 5-6

Enjoyed my stay. Located well for Disney or other outdoor recreation. Pool and game room nice for families. Pool takes a while to heat up not having almost any direct sunslight in December and is only screened in. Recommend paying extra for the pool heater in winter or cooler months which still only raises the temp about 10 deg F above normal. Had one issue with a couple smoke detectors batteries dying and beeping. Maintenance showed up twice to fix and were friendly. Rooms and TVs were very nice. We used the kitchen and laundry a lot. Communication with ownership management was very good.

Great Home!!

My experience at this property was wonderful! Everything inside the home was beautiful and clean! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that was needed for preparing a meal. The pool was so refreshing. Communication with the property manager was great! There were never any miscommunications. Neighborhood was also great!!! Everyone enjoyed themselves! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks!!!

The house was more than you could've imagined. The place was very clean and the pool was relaxing.

We have never stayed in Clermont but loved it and we loved the place. Very nice and relaxing and clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We loved it so much that we hope it isn't booked next year when we come, so we can stay again.
