This beautifully renovated home with upscale and modern decor offers 180 degree spectacular intracoastal waterway and salt marsh views and is only a 3 minute walk (one easy block) to the beach. This home is in a fantastic location with being less than a mile to the heart of Surf City. You can walk, bike or golf cart ride to the Surf City pier, groceries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and so much more. Just 2 lots down is the Kenneth D. Batts Family Park that offers a playground and a basketball court. The park also has a 920 foot boardwalk that extends out over the marsh.
Our beach house offers a great entertaining area for family get togethers. This open and airy home has been renovated with all new white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite, stainless steel GE appliances, beautiful LVP flooring throughout and modern comfy furniture. On the back side of the house and facing the marsh and intercostal waterway, there are 2 spacious decks the full length of the house, to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and take in the stunning sunsets and beautiful marsh views. In the short distance, you can see boats cruising up and down the Intercostal Waterway. All Marshed Up offers 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Bed sizes include a King, a Queen and a Full-Over Queen bunk bed, sleeping a total of 7 people. All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The Master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, offers a King bed, 55” flat screen TV, a private full bath and a view of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and also a view of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. The 3rd bedroom has a Full-Over-Queen bunk bed and shares a full bathroom in the hallway with Bedroom 2. LINENS ARE INCLUDED.
The 3rd level offers a comfortable living and entertaining space with a vaulted shiplap ceiling, recessed LED lighting in faux beams, ample seating with 3 couches, an 80” flat screen Smart TV with high-speed wireless internet access so you can stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. subscriptions. The dining table seats up to 8 and the kitchen counter has a raised bar top for extra seating. Great for entertaining and having some quality family time. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and is complete with all major appliances and basic cooking needs. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and a regular brew coffee machine. The 3rd level also offers a half bath just off the kitchen. You will find patio seating on both the lower and upper rear decks for those amazing sunset views.
Grilling is allowed, however, renter is responsible for filling propane tank if low. There is a refillable propane tank on site. Please do not remove. Please keep hot grill away from house and railing to prevent a fire.
This house has a washer/dryer. Renter is responsible for their own laundry detergent.
On the outside ground level, you will find a private enclosed shower with hot and cold water.
The public beach access is a short 3 minute walk away. Walk across the street and down Seahorse Ave to S. Shore Dr. Turn right and walk one block to closest public beach access.
The house comfortably accommodates families of up to seven people. Unfortunately, we DO NOT have any amenities for infants such as a playpen, high chair, baby gates, a crib or bed rails. There are two flights of stairs. The house is modernly furnished with white couches and chairs. The glass dining room table is bar height, 36" tall with 24" tall white chairs.
