The Space:

Built high on the Falaise des Oiseaux hillside, this estate boasts one of the best views in all of St. Martin; you can see the endless sea, surrounding coastline and the island of Anguilla — all in one frame.



Mes Amis consists of two separate villas built side-by-side. The Main House is equipped with seven bedrooms, and the smaller La Casa has four. This home comes with a long list of amenities;  there's a media room, while the sun-drenched grand terrace boasts an infinity pool, poolside bar, al fresco dining, sun loungers and Cliffside hot tub. A second, smaller pool welcomes frequent shade lovers.

The home is outfitted with a mix of Caribbean and French influences, perfectly befitting to the island. A mixture of bright, bold colors decorates the walls, complementing unique decorative touches like playful patterned upholstery and rugs. Antique furniture and china cabinets give the villa a homey feel, while ocean views from each window bring a sense of calm. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, such as a gas stove and an ice machine, although your daily private chef service ensures you won’t be spending long hours in the kitchen.

Five of the bedrooms in the Main House have a king size bed, while two are complete with two queen size beds. In La Casa, three of the bedrooms have a king size bed while the last has two queens. All of the 11 bedrooms have their own en-suite, air conditioning, hair dryer, and DVD player. The villa’s master suite features its own rooftop deck and has direct access to the terrace.

Though there are many reasons to stay home at Mes Amis, St Martin is an island filled with exciting things to see and do. Hop on a yacht for the day and sail out to sea, snorkel at the renowned Prickly Pear island, or take a scuba diving lesson. On dry land, indulge in decadent French cuisine, or take the kids to The Butterfly Farm. When you return, dinner à la private chef will be waiting.
