Walk into a lovely open entrance with a beautiful cosy feel, large kitchen fully equipped with all that you will need, barbecue area on the back deck with more tables and chairs .
Three bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and separate toilet, and separate large laundry .
Upstairs is a huge open lounge area with a massive TV, comfortable lounge and a fireplace the must to do is enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the top balcony , with plenty of seating,
3 min drive to cafes & pubs, excellent quite location with plenty of parking room ,and full access to a double garage with a games room including a table tennis table, television and dart board.

Shower heads

Very nice property however shower heads have next to zero pressure and its almost a trickle when on full

Wonderful views

We all had a great time and enjoyed the balcony that has wonderful views.The house was very clean and spacious . Glen was so easy to communicate with even letting me know we could check in earlier which was a nice surprise.

Great house!

Really enjoyed relaxing here. Plenty of games for us to play and was really cosy during the thunderstorms! One thing, that aircon needs to be fixed - although the amazing breeze helps cool down the place in the evening!

Lacks Cooling

The house was great, lots of entertainment for kids, the outdoor decking area was nice to sit out on and the view was lovely but unfortuntely there were too many insects so you couldn't sit outside in the evenings to enjoy the cool breeze. The property is not fenced off on either side of the house so pets could easily wonder off towards the front. The biggest downside to the property was the lack of cooling the house had, there was an old wall airconditioner upstairs only, downstairs was extremely hot and majority of the bedrooms were downstairs which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Definetely needs new & more cooling systems installed throughout the house and bug zappers is a must too.

Amazing Coastal Getaway

This property had the perfect accommodation for our group of 9 with spacious room and plenty of places to relax. The home decor was brilliant for the location being relatively close to the beach with a stunning view from the top balcony. There are also many ways to entertain with a dedicated “games room” with table tennis, darts along with the free wifi and Netflix presented. Can’t recommend enough - Will be looking to stay here again soon!

amazing house

we had the best stay here, the house is beautiful and so clean. so many areas to relax and sit outside. the best family area upstairs to watch netflix and such a well decorated house. !! would recommend if you have a car to drive as it’s a little bit out from main rye but never an issue for us.

Amazing spacious lux getaway stay

Everything was so perfect, the surfy decor made it so so homey and the wood fire was incredible. There is so much space and seating areas and the balconies give such an amazing view to watch the sunset. There is so much to do here also, table tennis, games, movies, etc! I have no faults and I’ll be booking another stay here in the future for sure!

Winning Coastal Views

Great house. All you could ask for in a family holiday home. Open fire on a cold winters night by the coast. Relax and enjoy the views.

Perfect getaway with a 5 star view

This property was nothing short of sensational. The amenities were fantastic, decor was lovely and all the beds were comfortable. The owner had set up the open fire for us so all we had to do was light it. Having coffee pods for us to enjoy each morning was a nice touch. Last but definitely not least there is the million dollar view of the city straight across the bay along with Arthur’s Seat and amount Martha to your right to enjoy from either of the 2 balconies. We will be back.

Lovely house in Rye

We had a fantastic time in this lovely house, plenty of space for our large group. Ideal for families, with large decks to enjoy the sun and for the kids to play. Check-in was easy, Glenn very helpful. Excellent value.

Great Place Great Set up

Beautiful home and great area

Stayed at Glenns house for 2 days with 10 other guest and it had everything you could ask for! Great location near the beaches and a couple minute drive into town! Also Glenn was a very caring host :) Would highly recommend.

A good time spent with family.

We needed a house that could fit our family (6). Plenty of space, nicely renovated. Only thing the backyard is not that user friendly as the grass (weeds) were overgrown and the elevation is so steep, the deck is spacious though, big plus.
