Sunrise House - New Home in Heart of Garden City

Our home in Garden City (near Bear Lake) is brand new and perfect for families or medium sized groups. It has lots of light and every amenity you will need during your time here. The house is surrounded with a covered porch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the lake. The town's bike path is just steps away from the front door. All of the Garden City restaurants, shops and the market are within a 10 minute walk and the marina is only 1 mile away.

Entire Home - 7 beds, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths
1853 sq ft.
Sleeps 12 max.
Main level has living room, kitchen, master bath (shower), powder room, and laundry closet
Second floor has 3 bedrooms and second bath (tub/shower).

*Kitchen Amenities include: plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, pots and pans, baking pans, cooking/cutting/serving utensils, drip coffee maker with filters, tea kettle, toaster, large electric counter top griddle, waffle iron, serving trays and bowls, mixing bowls, electric hand mixer, blender, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, food storage containers, cutting boards, hot pads, grilling utensils, and basic cleaning/disinfecting supplies.

Our home is a loft style home where the walls on the second floor don’t go all the way to the ceiling. As a result sound and some light carries into the the bedrooms on the second floor which may make it difficult for young children to sleep. The master bedroom on the main floor is completely enclosed.

We have tried to provide a vacation home that is comfortable and enjoyable. In return we require strict adherence to maximum occupancy (12) and House Rules. Any party found breaking those will be asked to leave without a refund.

Beautiful sunrises out the front door

This is our second year to stay at Sunrise House and seeing the sun rise is indeed beautiful. The price is very reasonable and accommodations are perfect. Only about 20 minutes to North Beach.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was great and all 8 of use fit easily. We were close enough to "downtown" to walk each night and enjoyed jogging onto pathway right outside.

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at.

The property is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Location is convenient to everything you would need. Minutes from the dock, stores, and walking to get food was so fun!

Perfectly Cozy

We loved staying in this quaint little cabin that accommodated our family perfectly. It was clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of parking off of Bear Lake Blvd. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings and watching the sun rise in the morning! Sweet home!

Location is great. Loved the proximity to the bike path. The only problem was the upstairs rooms tended to be a little noisy due to not having walls to the ceiling.

Relaxation At Its Finest

We absolutely loved our three-day stay at Sunrise House. It was pristine clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We, especially, loved sitting on the front porch and watching people go by. Amanda was extremely accommodating and responded to any questions I had immediately. We look forward to returning to this lovely home away from home.

Everything we hoped for and so much more!

We spent a week in this property and absolutely loved it. The home was very well equipped, was in a great location and offered plenty of parking for our lake toys. The beds were comfortable, everything was new and the owner was incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed spending our nights grilling out and sitting on the wrap around porch until dark and then went indoors to play one of the many fun games that were provided. The lake was incredibly beautiful and the memories we made were priceless! Highly recommend Bear Lake and this property!

Outstanding Family Vacation

We spent 4 nights at the Sunrise Cabin. It was a fantastic location right on the bike path that allowed easy walks or rides downtown for dinner and milkshakes each night. The cabin was in good shape, well taken care of, and stocked with all the supplies you would need away from home to include tools, laundry detergent, and beach towels. There were very detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to operate and find anything in the house that you needed. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owner, Amanda, was always quick to respond and easy to work worth. Our youngest daughter left some clothes and a book and Amanda mailed them back to us without even charging us. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will plan to stay there on our next trip to Bear Lake.

We loved this beautiful cabin and the location. The owner was so thoughtful and everything we needed was there. They even had fresh cinnamon rolls for us! My 12yo asked if we could please give this cabin more than five stars ;).

This was a fun place to stay on vacation. The property was clean and inviting. It was well furnished and nicely located near the green belt and marina. The host was prompt and responsive. Watching the sun rise at breakfast over the lake was very picturesque. It was a great stay.

Great Home

A very nice home. The traffic noise is a little loud sitting on the deck, but a mere whisper when you are inside. The house is built very well and is quiet. We brought most of our food to prepare and Amanda and Matt have stocked the home very well and make it very nice to stay there. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!
