This Oceanfront home is now a 1/3 of an Acre as we have purchased the lot next store. Big 6000 square foot green belt with a very small Sandy beach.

We have been Konas #1 Rated Oceanfront 4 bedroom Pool home on VRBO six straight years. .
CLEANING FEE is 450.00 for 5 /6…. 465.00 for 7 ….475.00-8/9/10 ….Paid at entry
Damage deposit also do at time of checkin and IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST ON THE vrbo / expedia checkout.
A/C is 25.00 per day and only in the master! You don’t need as with have great air flow & ceiling fans in every room!!
Sleeps 10 and 50.00 per-person-per night for over 7 people. We have only had to keep two damage deposits in 12 years. This helps all guest in several ways as we have never had to cancel one booking... because of any Clowns..
We have no lock box and we welcome in all guest and hand you the keys .......

Downstairs bedroom and lanai are on one level. Also handicap friendly, however Not to ADA Standards, however the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and rimless walk-in shower with plastic movable shower chair............................................

This is a Must or your taking a big chance with booking a illegal property. Do your homework. ONLY OCEANFRONT Homes have Minimal Bugs in the Tropics, because of the cool ocean breezes.
