Lodging Features: This fabulous two story town home along the Scenic Gulf Drive is located right across the street from the white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico offering spectacular unobstructed views from both levels. The shabby chic decor of this town home has a very cozy feel but also has all the upgrades to make a vacation here extra special. The kitchen has beautiful stone counter tops, white cabinetry, white appliances, and all the comforts of home with the full compliment of house wares. The dining table comfortably seats six and there are two bar stools for additional dining at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a large flat screen TV, and cozy furnishings. The master bedroom features a king bed, sleep number with cozy bedding, and an incredible Gulf view from a private balcony. You will love the brand new extra large shower in master bathroom. A full bathroom for the second bedroom as well as a convenient half bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen.

The guest bedroom is beautiful decorated with white cottage style furnishings, 1 trundle bed and a queen size bed, cozy bedding, and a flat screen TV.
Extra features of this fine home include free wi-fi, a full size washer and dryer, and a convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water!

With all of this, Sand Pebbles will be a fast favorite for your family! Please note this town home is non-smoking. Beachy escape

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this property. Our host was so nice and very responsive. I totally messed up our date of arrival but our host immediately recommended an alternative place to spend our first night. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upper deck which has a gorgeous view of the ocan. We highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was fabulous! Beach access was so close and chairs and umbrella were provided which were appreciated. Front porch swing and 2nd floor balcony were wonderful. Two restaurants are within easy walking distance. Darlene was a great host and responded quickly.

Great place to stay

Property has a great view of the ocean, especially from the balcony. Location is in a great area with everything you could possibly need or want to do near by. Beach is private access and a two minute walk away. Very family friendly. The owner, Darlene, is awesome and very easy to contact. She truly cares about her tenants. The property is well stocked with essentials and more. It was also very clean when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here in the near future and telling our friends and family about this place.

Destin Beach Vacation

Great girls trip!

3 day girls trip was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in the perfect location with a clear view to the water and took 2 minutes to be on the beach. We walked to restaurants and a really good coffee shop. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We are already talking about when we can book our next trip!

Great place for the family to relax and enjoy the beach!

Wasn’t sure how spring break would work out for us this year, but started checking out VRBO for option in case things started to open. This property hit all the wife’s requirements: balcony view of the beach, white sand beaches and we could bring the family dog. Dolphins put on an incredible show that first morning. Has a great time at a great beach property!

Can’t beat the location!

The location of this property is amazing, you’re about 30 steps from your PRIVATE beach access. We never had trouble finding a spot to set up bc this section of the beach isn’t crowded. Darlene was easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable, balcony view was perfect. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect spot on the beach!

Family of five and we had a great experience. The homeowner was extremely responsive, reached out to give us info on the going ons of the community, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was great, as advertised, and in a great location. The views from the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee were perfect, and the stroll to the beach or two nearby restaurants couldn’t be shorter. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Darlene was very communicative. The location was outstanding. The condo was quaint yet roomy had nearly everything you would need for a week stay. This is the type of property we will always search for. No complaints only suggestions.

Great location. Beach just across street. Loved the porch swing. Property is dated. Would have been nice to have had window blinds & room darkening curtains in master. So much light no one could sleep. Very relaxing time. Overall was a great time.

Perfect little slice of heaven

Not enough room to tell you all the perks to this place. 30 sec to the beach. Everything in the house you could ever need. Walk to several restaurants. Shopping and groceries just a mile or so down. Outlets 10 min drive. Darlene is so responsive and accommodating. Even with me being nervous about the tropical storm approaching, she helped calm my fears and answered my questions quickly. There was not a single thing I would have changed. Don’t forget to follow the directions to a tee on the keypad lock. She gives perfect instructions. If you need beach setup, there were 2 vendors at the bottom of the stairs to the private entrance. We were lucky that and there were chairs left that we used. The condo is so close that we would just go back to cool off every few hours. It really is a perfect little place that suited our every need. Thank you Darlene!!!

overall pleasant experience

this being my first time ever to book on vrbo or similar rentals, i was mostly satisfied with the experience. the bad part was the check-in since i did not receive instructions on how to gain access into the home or beach. so just make sure to get that information a day before you arrive. other than that, everything else was great.
