Downstairs has living and dining area with LCD TV and satellite dish, kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, tank, clothesline, blender, utensils and pots, a beautiful balcony, a bathroom, a bedroom with a bed double and a bunk bed and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Upstairs has a suite with TV and a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and two single beds, outdoor area with barbecue and plastic tables with chairs. Building in great condition, with shower and a parking space. There is no lift.
