Benimar is a beautiful and exclusive first and last floor holiday home placed in a residential building with two separated swimming pools in Bahía del Duque. It is sunny from morning until sunset. Spacious and well decorated, it has a bright living room with dining area, sofa bed, flat screen Smart TV, with national and international channels, illimitaded high-speed WIFI and a select collection of international books. The living room directly accesses the terrace through large windows that provide plenty of light. The romantic terrace, equipped with a table and 4 chairs, enjoys a panoramic view of the ocean and the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. Ideal for those who love to cook. Next to the kitchen there is a small terrace with a washing machine. The bedroom is large with two single beds, a bright balcony and a in-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a generous and spacious shower and also has a bidet. There is a second guest bathroom, located near the entrance, with a large mirror and a screen shower.

The vacation rental home is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Playa Fañabé, in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. The beautiful sandy beaches of Fañabe and Bahía del Duque are within walking distance of the complex. And for those who like to play golf, the Costa Adeje and Las Américas Golf Clubs are no more than 10 minutes’ drive from it. The complex has two wonderful independent swimming pools with a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. The whole area is quiet and there is free parking available nearby. The most exclusive shopping centers in the south of Tenerife, such as El Duque Plaza or the El Duque Shopping Center, are within walking distance. Shops, bars, restaurants, bus and taxi stops are about 600 meters from the complex.

We loved our stay in Tenerife. The apartment host was always available to assist with any questions we had. WeIt’s a lovely property in a quiet secure complex, in a quiet location, with many permanent residents. Stunning sea views and sunsets from the balcony, with a glass of wine were a must. Apartment has large double sofa bed too. There’s a lovely pool just outside the door to the complex, so very handy. Plentiful Free

Ferienwohnung war sehr schön,nur die Ausstattung der Küche etwas mager( keine Gewürze,Salz,Zucker,ect,kein kleines Messer...) und auf dem Balkon wäre eine Markise empfehlenswert.Aber sonst alles toppi,wir können gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage in leichter Hanglage mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer. Dadurch kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Wohnung ist komplett nach Westen ausgerichtet. Der Balkon bietet Platz für einen Tisch und vier Stühle. Vermutlich kennt man in Spanien den Lattenrost für das Bett nicht. Die Matrazen lagen lediglich auf einem Bettgestell mit Holzplatte. Entsprechend hart liegt man. Aber, das empfindet natürlich jeder anders. Wir buchen diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder und hoffen, dass der Vermieter bis dahin eine flexiblere Bettlösung gefunden hat. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Good location, well kept property. Short walk to the beach. Perfect place to relax. Thanks.

Really good place to stay. Everything you need if you want to cook for yourself and only a short walk to the supermarket. Excellent communication with Debora and Guillermo, on time collection from and to the airport ( thanks Guillermo) and we will certainly be looking to stay again. Super holiday and fully recommend this property.

Toller Ausblick vom Balkon in gepflegte Nachbaranlage und aufs Meer,sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sie ist ein hervorragender Standort sowohl zum Bade- als auch zum Erkundungsurlaub mit dem Auto. Zwei Bäder und zwei Balkone machen den großzügigen Eindruck der Wohnung komplett. Der Beauftragte des Vermieters half uns bei einem aufkommenden Problem sofort und sehr entgegenkommend.

Sehr gepflegt, hübsche Anlage, toller Blick vom Balkon!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober 2018. Ausgesprochen nette Betreuung durch William und Deborah, ein gepflegtes, geschmackvolles Appartement, schöner Pool, immer einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen vor der Tür - wir würden wieder kommen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das große Bad wunderschön und der Blick zum Sonnenuntergang so bezaubernd wie auf dem Foto. Die nagelneuen Matratzen sind gut für jeden, der gerne eine feste Unterlage hat - mir persönlich etwas zu hart. Aber in jedem Fall besser als durchgelegen! Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, nur manchmal hört man abends etwas vom Unterhaltungsprogramm der Hotels in der Nähe. Hilfreich fand ich den Trinkwasser-Automaten (in der Nähe des Pools), an dem man rund um die Uhr Wasser für 10 cent/Liter zapfen kann. Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber sogar Waschpulver stand kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause! Ein toller Standort für Ausflüge über die Insel, schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen (Autofahrt ca. 15 Min.), zu Fuß kann man zu zwei verschiedenen, geschützten Sandstränden - (ca. 15-25 min). Beim einen, dem "Playa del Duque" gibt es sogar direkt am Strand eine Tiefgarage und alle Annehmlichkeiten eines sehr gepflegten Strandes - perfekt für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Quartier!

gut gelegen, guter kontakt zu vermietern

Wir waren Ende Juni 2017 eine Woche auf Teneriffa, mit Mietwagen. Costa Adeje ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel, hat aber auch selbst schöne Strände und nette Ecken. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und ruhig, Parken an der Straße kein Problem. der Blick vom Balkon: die gepflegten Vorgärten der angrenzenden Anlage, Palmen, das Meer. Manchmal hörte man abends das Animationsprogramm entfernter Hotels, aber das störte uns nicht und lässt sich in einem Ferienort auch nicht vermeiden. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in laufnähe den Hügel runter gen Zentrum (ca 10min wenn man den Weg kennt), aber auch einen Lidl (mit dem Auto ca 10 min TF 1 grob Richtung guía de isora). Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, die Wohnung sauber. Das große Bad wohl frisch renoviert. Das Haustürschloss klemmte als mal, sonst alles ok. Es gibt einen Pool, den benutzten wir aber nicht; insgesamt waren auch wenige drin - wir waren aber tagsüber kaum da. Die Kommunikation mit Debora und ihrem Mann lief auf Englisch und ohne Probleme. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Appartement met zeezicht EN centraal gelegen

Wij hebben dit appartement midden in de zomervakantie geboekt en kijken er nog steeds met heel veel plezier op terug. Ondanks het hoogseizoen hoef je in dit complex niet bang te zijn voor een druk zwembad of hordes groepen mensen. Er komen hier mensen van uit verschillende windstreken maar ook een enkele Nederlander of Vlaming is te ontdekken. In onze periode waren er vooral gezinnen en koppeltjes. Er zijn 2 zwembaden die ieder precies gelijk zijn waarvan 1 bijna direct bij het appartement en de ander nog geen steenworp verder. Wat wij als groot pluspunt vonden van dit appartement is dat je hiervandaan overal snel kunt komen en de toch rustige ligging. Een bezoekje aan het strand/boulevard is lopend goed te doen. En deze boulevard is van alles voorzien en ook verbonden aan de boulevard van Playa de Las Americas. Los Cristianos is zelfs via deze boulevard bereikbaar. Dan moet je wel van wandelen houden want het lijkt op deze manier als een eindeloze lange boulevard! Meer dan 5KM! Onderweg is er genoeg eet gelegenheid en ook als je van shoppen houd zal je hier alle bekende merken tegenkomen. Eventueel is voor minder dan 10 euro een taxi rit terug nog een optie. Als je Tenerife bezoekt dan is een bezoekje aan het Loro Parque zeker de moeite waard! Wij waren zelf ruim 10 jaar geleden voor het laatst geweest en we verbaasden ons over de hoge kwaliteit van dit dierenpark, ook een aanrader! Het parkje waar dit appartement deel van uitmaakt wordt goed onderhouden. Alles zag er goed werkend en schoon uit.

Fijn appartement

Wij hebben in oktober 2012 dit appartement geboekt en hebben ontzettend genoten. 's Morgens heerlijk ontbijten op het balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan! Er zijn in de omgeving meer dan genoeg winkels te vinden om 's avonds lopend te bezoeken. De boulevard is ook goed te bereiken maar de terugweg naar boven is wel een beetje pittig maar voor jonge benen wel te doen. In oktober is ook nog heel goed gebruik te maken van het zwembad. Wanneer het echt heel warm is dan zijn de vele mooi aangelegde stranden gemakkelijk bereikbaar binnen 10 autominuten. Op straat is het overal gratis en onbeperkt parkeren. Het complex is in nieuwstaat en het appartement is heel schoon. De verhuurder is erg behulpzaam, bij problemen wordt er vrijwel direct hulp geboden. Ons vertrouwen hebben ze gewonnen en wij keren hier deze zomer terug, we hebben alweer geboekt. Dicht in de buurt zijn er meerdere grote winkelcentra, Gran-Sur is er 1 van en heeft bijvoorbeeld een Mercadona, Springfield, Bioscoop, McDonalds en een aardige verzameling van eettentjes. Aqualand en Siam-Park zijn ook in de buurt maar is lopend niet echt te doen. Een autohuren is toch ook zeker een aanrader omdat Tenerife zoveel mooie dingen te bieden heeft. Bijvoorbeeld eten in 1 van de visrestaurantjes van La Caleta bij zonsondergang, het nationaal park El Teide, en echt nog veel meer.
