Not only is this a ski in / ski out unit (snowshoeing trails from the unit), 1/2 block walk to Main Street Breckenridge, excellent amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, four hot tubs, work out room, etc...) but we have other parts of your stay taken care of. Discounts on shuttle transportation from Denver International Airport (DIA) to/from Breckenridge and I will assist in ski rental off ski rentals in the same building as this unit. Three queen beds / two full baths / Full kitchen. Elevator access to the unit. Unit is located within The Village at Breckenridge Wetterhorn (clock tower) building.

The condo has two sleeping areas (see layout photo for condo footprint), two full baths, and is located at the Village at Breckenridge'. The unit has three (3) Queen-size beds, two (2) full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Perfect for couples/ families. This spacious unit is decorated with antique skis, snowshoes, toboggans and ice skates; the condo displays the enjoyments of Breckenridge in a time not forgotten.

This condo is located in The Village at Breckenridge which is ski-in/ski-out to the Quick Silver Ski Lift at the Base of Peak 9 making hiking, mountain biking, etc. directly from the unit. The famous Main Street Breckenridge filled with shops and restaurants is 1/2 block away..

The living area has a 50' HDTV 1080P Smart TV with DVD/VCR/CD player and a 40' HDTV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. In addition, a humidifier and a fan are included. The gas fireplace is on a timer for your safety. All linens/towels, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. Coin-operated laundry machines are on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge provides high speed wireless (WIFI) to this unit.

The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club provides endless towels for your use as well. Free video games and billiards. Additionally, there is a free theater room you can reserve for your family located downstairs in the health club for your enjoyment.

Please let me know if you need my assistance with parking. First, I recommend taking the shuttle to avoid parking fee though out Breckenridge. This is very convenient for those guests traveling by airline. There are various shuttles to/from the Denver International Airport. There are also shuttle services available throughout Summit County. I have discounts available to save you money on shuttle costs

Parking: Option 1: The Village at Breckenridge charges a nightly rate for parking. Parking costs vary by the time of year. Winter rates are $31/night or $41/night. Option 2: I own another unit approx. 150 yards to the east. Should I have parking available at this location during the time needed, you can park there for free. Option 3: There is also parking nearby at the ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service, allowing you to get back and forth to your car simple and easy.

I can direct you to ski rental discounts and discounts on transportation to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking). No car needed to make this vacation a memorable one! Let me know what I can do for you!
