The dream vacation can come true in our lovely Disney villa! Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! We have two side-by-side villas. each has 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms. Total of 4 suites and 6 bathrooms makes a comfortable living for up to 24 people.

Our villas are ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.

These two beautiful Mediterranean style villas have total of 4 master suites with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds, each has its own large private bathroom, 2 additional queen rooms, 4 twin rooms (each has 2 twin beds) , and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. 2 washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. 2 super-sized (30'x15'), southeast facing pools (one with SPA) can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. 2 BBQ grills are provided for your pool side cooking. Two kitchens are fully equipped with open bars, two dining tables can seat for 12 peoples, and two breakfast tables can seat for 8 people. Two patio tables seat for 8 people. Cable TV with a 100+ channels is provided in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. Additionally, there is a DVD/CD player and an FM portable radio in the lounge. A number of popular feature films on DVD and video tape are provided along with several good novels for the odd occasion when a thunderstorm might keep you inside. iPod speaker with remote is provided for enjoy your favorite songs and music. High speed internet access with Wi-Fi (wireless) connectivity is provided to allow you to access the web and read your email from your laptop computer.

Our villa is very kid friendly. 2 Highchairs, 2 strollers, 2 playpens. Both pools have child safety fence and gate. A Wii game console with remote controllers and games will add additional enjoyment to your kids and entire family. Two game rooms (one is air conditioned) equip with 2 pool tables, a Foosball table, kids' corner with lots of toys, books, video DVD/Tapes, costumes, etc...
This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable). BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.
