Heaps of room for two families, spacious back yard, situated in the beautiful Dunsborough Lakes Golf Estate surrounded by parks and lakes. This very peaceful location is close to town and beaches and the perfect location to explore the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region. Take a drive to famous beaches pop into the numerous wineries, breweries and tourist attractions. Dunsborough is full of life with pubs, wine bars, cafe's and boutique shops with excellent cycle and walking paths. Or play golf on your doorstep.

Due to the diversity of the South West, weather becomes unimportant as there is so much to do rain or shine!

Very relaxing and chill place :D

It was very nice and open place; very clean. And was a lovely area to have walks around the lake/park nearby. Overall just a nice quiet zone to have fun with friends. :D Highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy the quiet side of Dunsborough!

Great place for families!

The house was lovely & clean when we arrived, it looked just like the photos. There were plenty of blankets if needed in the colder weather however to only have one aircon in the main living area (which is quite large) isn’t quite enough on warmer days. The bedrooms get quite warm with only the fans so having aircon throughout would be ideal!

Great house in a quiet area but not too far from town. Perfect for 2 families with kids, plenty of room and nice outside area. House itself was clean, could just do with some TLC. Would absolutely stay again, suited us perfectly.

Great spot to explore Dunsborough and Margaret River

We stayed with our extended family and the house overall is a great size with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and everything you need including a washer and dryer which came in handy in the cold weather. The area is very quiet too which allows you to relax at all hours. We would recommend this property for families and extended families alike as you are not far from dunsborough beach (5 minutes)

Lovely home

We had a lovely stay here. Communication from the owner was very responsive and an issue with wifi (due to a local outage, not the home itself) was dealt with very quickly and easily by the contact person provided. Enough space for two families with multiple living areas and a backyard. Only 5-6 mins drive from Dunsborough township (and only a few mins from Simmos) in a nice quiet neighbourhood Would definitely stay again!

Good stay

House was clean and tidy, the host was easy to contact and responsive. When we had an issue with the WiFi someone came to fix it within about an hour. The house has plenty of pedestal fans for the summer and the living space is quite large. Overall, happy with the stay.

Great home with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 fur babies. Lovely home with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Large fenced backyard with a bbq is convenient for summer bbq’s. Great location near the golf course was lovely for walking the dogs. Ashleigh was prompt and easy to communicate with for any queries we had.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway

Very pleasant and relaxing

We really enjoyed our recent two week stay at this property. It was really well suited to families and groups of friends - while clean and tidy, it is not too 'perfect' so we didn't have to worry too much about things getting broken or damaged. It was extremely comfortable and easy to clean each day. Everything was provided and taken care of and Ashleigh was very responsive. We enjoyed having two living areas one for the kids and one for the adults! one suggestion for a house of ten beds, is to have another outdoor seat for 2 or 3 and a larger outdoor table, as we continually had to take extra seats outside and the table was a little small. Otherwise, we were very happy and would highly recommend!

It was a great location close to shops and all the beaches, house was great very clean and spacious for our family of 10, would definitely stay here again, owners were on hand easily to approach

Recommended for groups with dogs

We enjoyed the space provided in the home, and the lovely undercover outdoor area. Great to be able to bring the dog on holiday. Will definately stay again, close to town in a quiet area.

Lovely place

Lovely, huge home. Great for extended family stayz. Well furnished with excellent kitchen facilities and supplies. Great backyard for kids. We’ve loved staying here. Thank you. If we could make one suggestion it’d be that fly screens be fitted to living area doors and windows. It was really hot and humid here the first two days and we couldn’t pick up the evening breeze due to insects coming in through the open window.

Spacious , bright and relaxing house.

We have stayed in this house now 5 times over the last 2 months , a week at a time and have found it to be clean and open so you have room to move , bright and modern in a quiet neighbourhood close to town with plenty of parking. ( vacant block next door).
