Gorgeously appointed, the open living space provides a stylish, open flow in the living area which includes the kitchen, entertainment area, and dining space. Extended bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Hardwood floors throughout the unit.

* Guest bedroom features NEW (2023) bedroom furniture with 2 queen size beds, custom closets and 26” flat-screen TV with adjacent bathroom that has a tub & shower.
* Multi-speed ceiling fans in all rooms. All NEW furnace, air conditioner and large capacity water heater installed in 2023.
* The deck has counter-height furniture so you can enjoy the gulf-view while you dine.
* Utility room features beach supplies including 2-beach umbrellas, 2-low sitting breach chairs, beach towels, iron & ironing board, clothes drying rack, cleaning supplies including broom, vacuum, swifter, fire extinguisher and more.
Building exterior and grounds were completely renovated in 2008, and the upscale common areas have terrific amenities with a fenced-in-pool, on-site free guest laundry, shuffleboard, tennis/pickleball courts and a full service management office. Complex has a relaxed, upscale feel and is located in an extremely safe area. Unit is great for vacationers seeking peace and tranquility, as well as families wanting an active get-a-way. This condo includes a limited view of the gulf from the patio and a full view of the pool and shuffleboard court area. If you have tweens, this is a great condo to keep an eye on them no matter which direction they go. This condo also has a very well appointed kitchen, with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and even some ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, spices, sugar, extra coffee and tea (December 2023) that you might need for your stay.

What is not to LOVE about this place

Awesome place!

The condo was spotless. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. The outdoor areas of the property were very beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool was heated and bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved that the beach chairs, toys, etc. were provided and we didn't have to buy, rent, or carry those things with is. The grassy courtyard area with the gated pool and shuffleboard along with the grilling area and outdoor tables made this a great environment for adults to relax and kids to run around and play freely.

Great Condo and lovely stay

Really couldn’t be better. Only slight annoyance was the very squeaky beds in the second bedroom. Eventually my son moved to the living room and slept on the very comfortable couch. Sand Cay doesn’t have the charm of Sanibel or the shells but the beach was lovely and loved having loungers to use on the beach.

Clean, convenient and ideal. Sand Cay is a perfect location in Longboat Key for a quiet trip to the beach with a great pool. Unit 215 was clean, comfortable and cozy! Loved our vacation and will definitely be back!!

The view of the Gulf was lovely! Even on chilly days the kids were able to swim for hours in the heated pool. We loved walking along Gulf of Mexico drive and visiting bayfront park and playground.

Our condo gave us a lovely view of the water but we could also see the pool to check if it was busy or not. The condo was very nicely decorated. In my brother’s room they struggled with the noise of the air conditioner right on the other side of the wall with one of the beds. They had to rearrange furniture and it was slightly better. The kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything we needed! We love staying at Sand Cay!

First time to Longboat Key and Sand Cay
