Great space for entertaining - we've had 10 major brands throw their parties and media events here. 3 full bathrooms, one of them with a steam shower and large jacuzzi tub. Conveniently located near Union Square.

I'm a hands-on host, but also have no problem being "hands-off" if that's what the guest prefers!

I can safely say that this property is one of the most warm and inviting penthouses in the city. Gotham magazine called it "The Ultimate NYC Apartment."
What makes this property unique
Wintertime is magic at the Rooftop Cottage. 4 wood-burning fireplaces and a rustic and festive vibe. Spring/Summer is beautiful too, with direct sunlight coming in from everywhere. The 2 planted outdoor terraces provide outdoor living, and the 8 window boxes on the make the space colorful and vibrant.
