Welcome to our 2nd floor two bedroom, two bathroom oceanblock condo.
We are an oceanblock building just steps to the beach which features handicapped beach access and stunning sunrises. Off to the west, you'll get a glimpse of the bay and the setting sun as you're sitting on the expansive balcony. We have two parking spaces which are labeled with the unit numbers. One is covered the other is uncovered in the back of the building and a shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Since this building is elevated with parking underneath, there are four flights of walk up steps to the unit. The building does not have an elevator.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, Standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, toaster, microwave and toaster oven. We also have a stack washer/dryer in the unit. Free Basic WiFi and a wireless printer is also featured. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It features a King Bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and a Blu Ray Player. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and a Standard DVD Player. The living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa in a sectional, ceiling fan, and a large wall mounted flat screen tv with a Blu Ray player. There is a small two seat dining table in the living room. The kitchen has 4 bar height stools for dining also. The hall bathroom features a shower/bathtub also.
We furnish our guests with fresh bedding, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and a hair dryer. There is also an iron and a small ironing board.
Surroundings
Embers All You Can Eat Buffet and Route 66 Diner are directly across the street. Within walking distance are also several restaurants such as General's Kitchen, House of Pancakes, Sea Star Diner and Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. Touch of Italy, Longboards, Big Peckers, Saltwater 75 and Seaside Deli for lunch and dinner. Seacrets is a short 21 block drive, Uber, Lyft, taxi or bus ride south and Fager's Island is 10 blocks south. For those rainy days, indoor/outdoor miniature golf, bowling and midtown shopping is all walking distance also. There is a small grocery store located 6 blocks south.
The condo is located on an intersection street which makes crossing Coastal Highway at the crosswalk or pulling out by car simple and easy. Route 90 is just 8 blocks south. There is easy access to the northbound bus at the end of 70th street on the east side of Coastal Highway. Across Coastal Highway you'll find the southbound bus stop. You can ride the bus up and down Coastal Highway all day for a small fee.
This property is a non smoking building and unit. Please refrain from smoking on the property. All Guests Must Be 25 years of age or older (or accompanied by a parent or guardian). No Pets Allowed.
Please park only in the designated spots marked for the unit only or on the side street. There is a height restriction under the building of 6'8" that leads to one uncovered parking space in the rear of the property. The second parking space is a covered parking space under the building but it does have a drop down water main box that makes that single covered spot a height restriction of 6'5". There is free parking on the side streets if you find your vehicle cannot fit under the building, please do not attempt to fit it under the building and cause damage. Please do not park perpendicular to the parking spaces.
