AFTER 7 YEARS AS A PRIVATE GUEST RETREAT THE FRANGIPANI FARM WILL BE CLOSING TO ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS IN JULY 2025

A stunning architecturally designed contemporary Queenslander in a prestige location on the Sunshine Coast - the perfect house for your family to be together, a place to share with other families, or a time for friends to enjoy company together. Perfectly set up for a pre and post-wedding getaway, family get-togethers and celebrations only minutes to the beach but with the serenity of the hinterland. Please note that we can not host weddings at the property.

The house is located on The Sunshine Coast Frangipani Farm - the largest frangipani farm in Australia. If you wish to book during the frangipani season peak blooming is between mid-October and March.

The large house has a magnificent wrap around deck providing indoor-outdoor living at its best and allowing you to enjoy the magnificent views of the frangipani farm and surrounding countryside. The house is equipped with BBQ facilities, fire pit area, lawn tennis court and swimming pool with a variety of outdoor seating areas ideal for entertaining.

The house is fully self-contained and the beautifully appointed kitchen is a dream to cook and entertain in - large island bench with seating, double door fridge/freezer, large double oven, bar fridges, coffee machine, mix-master, cooking utensils, pantry staples and crockery and cutlery.

As well as the large outdoor entertaining areas, there are also two living areas, a dining room and a library. There is a substantial collection of books, DVDs and CDs, jigsaw puzzles and board games. Large flat screen televisions, wifi, bluetooth stereo system as well as access to Netflix, Stan and Apple TV (just requires your own login details).

The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people - maximum of 8 adults. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with large walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two king single beds each, while a sofa bed in the library is also available. The house has ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout as well as fans in all the bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Enjoy the 14 acres of land - there is a large front lawn to play games on (croquet and boules provided), a lawn tennis court (tennis racquets and balls provided), a golf putting green, golf hole, fire pit, fruit orchard and a walk to the creek. Plenty of parking on the property for boats and jetskis.

The farm is a working property and while you are staying there may be activity on the property and around the sheds. Any activity will be kept well away from the house.

Just one hour north of Brisbane, only 15 minutes to Sunshine Coast Airport, local beaches, Mooloolaba, Ocean Street and Sunshine Plaza, 25 minutes to Montville and 35 minutes to Hastings Street in Noosa. Close to the Big Pineapple Wildlife HQ Zoo and Ziplining, Eumundi Markets, The Ginger Factory, Australia Zoo, Mount Coolum, Mount Ninderry and local golf courses and beaches.

The perfect getaway
This is a beautiful spacious home that easily housed our grown up family, grandparent and friends with room to spare.Whilst the weather was good we enjoyed the pool, some played golf and some just walked around the frangipani farm and when it rained games on the deck.The owners were great,responsive but gave us our space.The house is pretty much 10 mins from everything,perfect!Great stay!

Perfect family get away
The Frangipane Farm was a truly spectacular place to stay. Perfect for a large family gathering, so much for the kids to do, clean large rooms with a well kitted out kitchen, beautiful grounds. Has everything you could need. Emma was such a welcoming host, great communication, welcome gift and generous touches made it all the more special. Wish we had longer so we could have made more use of the tennis courts and pool but there’s so much to do and so many great beaches so close. Will have to come back!

Fabulous location and property
The facilities in and outside this property made our stay one of the best holidays we have had on the Sunshine Coast. The tennis court, swimming pool and golf course along with the very well equiped and comfortable home made this holiday exceptional. Located close to the beach, shopping facilities and a variety of activities and places to visit meant we had plenty to do.Highly recommended.

Absolutely divine!!
We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect location for our girls weekend away. As a large group, we were so comfortable; beds are like clouds and the linen, towels and amenities are of high quality. Lots of on-site activities, well kept gardens and breakout spaces - this house and property is huge! Our host, Emma, was lovely and very hospitable, we will most definitely be coming back for another stay - 5 STARS!

We looked everywhere to find a place that would fit all of us, with all our comforts and interests covered - this place answered it all! The views were magnificent and the house itself was extremely comfortable, it was the perfect getaway for a family to be close as well as having our own space individually. Cannot wait to to back!

Lovely family get away
We loved staying at the Frangipani farm house which was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for a pre xmas family get away. There was plenty of room to accomodate 8 adults and two children and the dog without feeling cramped and on top of one another. Emma even put up a xmas tree which was a lovely touch. The pool out from the large deck was just what we needed in the heat and the deck was a great spot to enjoy lunch and watch several big storms roll in. Emma was a wonderful host, communication was prompt and we all would love to come back one day...Thanks for sharing your property with us Emma..!

Family Celebration
Perfect place to celebrate a significant birthday with a family group ages 15 - 80 years. Plenty of room, everything we needed to keep us occupied and spend quality time together. We all enjoyed our stay very much - a weekend is not enough time! Emma was fabulous to communicate with. Highly recommend The Frangipani Farm for a group occasion.

We loved our stay at Frangipani Farm and would go again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect space to relax and unwind with our family, with plenty to do if you felt active (tennis, golf, swimming, activities etc) or areas to switch off and read, play a board game or watch a movie. The kitchen had everything you could dream of, everything was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfy. Perfect place to access coast or hinterland...but feels so peaceful and secluded. Thank you!

Gorgeous property with everything you'd ever need!
We loved this property. Lots of outdoor space & activities (tennis court, golf chipping hole, fire pit, 12 hole par 3 golf course, lovely front lawn, swimming pool) to keep everyone happy. We had grandparents & 2 families and there were enough rooms and areas not to be on top of one another. It was the middle of winter when we visited but still a wonderful place to be. The house was clean, had everything you'd ever need and Emma & Brenden were so helpful and lovely. Couldn't recommend more. We'll be back!

The perfect getaway
We had an amazing 2-night stay at The Frangipani Farm. The check-in process was easy, Emma (the host) provided everything we needed (plus more that we didn't think about) and was very communicative since the day we booked. There was plenty of activities and room for our party (6 adults and 3 children) to all enjoy themselves - golf, firepit, walks around the property, games etc. There were no complaints from a single person, the property is beautiful and was the perfect little getaway four our family holiday. Only thing to note - we went on a particularly cold weekend, and the house was really cold in the mornings (only drawback of a beautiful Queenslander) - there are plenty of blankets etc, but not a bad idea to pack some slippers to keep feet warm! Thank you so much Emma for providing us with the perfect spot for our first family vacation in years, we'll definitely be back!

The property is amazing, the photos are very accurate. Great quiet location. The house is large and very tidy, with large rooms and plenty of separate areas to spread out and relax. Everything needed is provided. The grounds are great with activities to keep all the family entertained. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Idyllic Sanctuary
Simply wonderful 9 days in an immaculate house in a beautiful location. Very convenient for the beach but also secluded and very private. Emma and Brendon are wonderful hosts. The pictures do not do justice to the property or location.

This was the perfect property for what we wanted. A family getaway in a house that had everything we needed. From golf to tennis to the pool, so much to do as well as enough grounds to walk around and take in the fresh air. The property had everything we needed in every way from the books in the library, games in the tv room to the BBQ on the deck, perfect. Nothing bad to say about our stay at all and Emma’s communication throughout the stay was awesome. Thank you for helping us make some family memories.

Stunning Property.. perfect for a special occasion with my family
We could not fault the home for our family get together. There was abundant space for three generations to either come together or retreat. The location was tranquil and the activities available such as tennis, swimming in the pool, golf putting practice kept everyone entertained. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, enabling an early arrival as my family were flying into the Sunshine Coast the morning of check in. Such a wonderful experience.

Family Catch-up
The photos of this property do not do it justice - It is amazing!! So much room to rest, relax and recharge for our family of 7 adults and the place was immaculate. Emma has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay from condiments, coffee pods etc in the kitchen to a fantastic variety of books, both indoor/outdoor games to firewood for the firepit and even dog bowls for your pets. We highly recommend the Frangipani Farm and hope to be back again soon.

In 2010 we built our family home here on The Sunshine Coast Frangipani Farm. We designed and built the house to capture the beautiful location and outlook. We love entertaining so the house incorporates a large kitchen and outdoor deck that give us wonderful indoor-outdoor living. In 2018 we decided to set up the house as a luxury holiday rental. We are delighted to now offer the house for holiday rentals so other people can enjoy this piece of paradise.
