Welcome to Villa Kita, our modern style home with private pool, tranquil views over rice fields and 24 hour on-site security within a quiet and secluded complex. The Villa has been designed to give you all the modern amenities you need to escape the Bali heat and traffic.

Airport transfers can be arranged, if required, and we have a great 'Villa Handbook' with lots of 'How To's' and recommendations for eating out, hiring scooters (or a car) and great places to see during your stay.

Your own private paradise in a very convenient location - Bumbak Umalas - 10 minutes to Canggu & Echo Beaches; a 10 minute drive to the fabulous Seminyak area, famous for all its beautiful restaurants and shopping.

Quiet, peaceful and with 24 hour security, this Villa offers all the services you may need; off street parking, free unlimited Wifi throughout the Villa, flat screen cable TV, cooled-filtered water station.

Two large bedrooms, both with super king beds and fitted quality linen; modern amenities; minimalistic features and air conditioning units; picture windows looking out to the rice fields and the master suite has it's own private balcony. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

The beautiful pool and deck area, large living, dining and kitchen spaces are open plan with bi-folding doors that extend the living spaces to the pool allowing for amazing indoor/outdoor fun. A fabulous place to spend your days! The large lounge area is a great place to sit and spend quality time with your family and friends or to watch the activity in the pool. You'll probably want to eat out at many of the fabulous cafés and restaurants on offer, but if not, the kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, bench top cooker, blender and kitchenware. The statement dining table seats six.

Our Villa comes with daily housekeeping, pool maintenance (3 x per week) and 24 hr security. Linen change is once per week. Additional linen changes can be requested at the time of booking and will incur minimal additional charges.

Please state in your inquiry if you require airport transfers. There's a 'transfer fee' of IDR 150K (cash) ONE WAY for one car, to fit 4 people plus luggage. Fee is payable directly to the driver.

All our prices are in US Dollars.
Payments can be made in any currency to the equivalent of US Dollars.

Villa rental requires a security deposit of USD 300, to be settled upon check-in. Deposit will be refunded on check-out after verification by the staff i.e. any breakages etc

You will have access to the entire Villa and pool as if it were your own home. We've travelled the world too and really appreciate being able to stay somewhere that feels like home - away from home!
