Enjoyed the property with golf and fishing buddies. We had 2 days of fishing the Juan and 2 days of golfing in Farmington. Great location to do both. House has plenty of room and is clean.
My fishing buddy and I found this home to be spacious, clean and comfortable with a killer view of the San Juan River. Will definitely stay here again next year.
I enjoyed my stay. Tried to reach the river from the house, no go. There isn't really trail, very dense. The house has four large slider doors. Only one opens, so no cross breaze. And seriously, tear down the stairs before someone gets hurt. I will rent it again. Randy
I stayed at this property a year ago and decided to book it again. My stay was great as this house has everything I needed to enjoy a week of fishing. The host is easy to get a hold of and addressed my minor requests in a timely manner. Will look to stay here again.
The stay was good for what we needed. It smelled nice & had comfortable furnishings. The only problem was the amount of spiders in the house & on the outside. The house needs to be fumigated to get rid of all the spider nests. They also need to wash all the walls, take down the valances/curtains, & power wash the entire outside of the house to get rid of all the spider webs & nests. It has this great patio that is unusable because of it all being covered in spider webs. The wifi is also super sketchy. We either had 1 bar or no bars the whole trip. This was fine for us, but want to make others aware in case it matter's to them.
We would like to stay here again, but really need the spiders taken care of.
My son, grandson and I stayed for four nights. We liked everything about this property. Very spacious, great kitchen, beds are the best, location is perfect for us. Host was easily accessible and very friendly. Thank you Rod. We hope to book again soon.
First time going with family to Navajo State Park. So happy we found this place to stay. BEAUTIFUL scenary around the house, very close to the State Park. Everything you need and more at the house. Felt like home away from home. Thank you for letting us enjoy a Father's Day vacation at your home. We will definitely be returning.
My father and I have been coming to fish the San Juan for over 20 years and this is the 2nd time we rented this house. It is comfortable, clean the centrally located. Would highly recommend for anybody to stay.
The house is a great place to stay for fishing the San Juan River. It’s not too far from quality waters and has access to the San Juan River. The house had all we needed and more. The host was always fast to respond on communication and it was a great experience!
