Each tastefully furnished/decorated unit has 2 bedrooms each with 1 king-sized and 1 queen-sized bed and spacious French door closets. Outside of each unit there is a quaint granite gravel patio flanked by expansive shade trees with a table and chairs to relax and socialize.

Baylor Spring Break for parents!

My husband and I had an amazing week with our daughter at Baylor and enjoyed staying at this cute condo in the perfect location!! Absolutely loved it and our dog was able to stay with us too!

Not for elderly

Guest room bed and sofa too low for anyone with knee issues or elderly. Stairs have handrail only on one side. Location is great

Nice stay

I stayed here for 3 weeks. The location can’t be beat!! I went for a walk around campus every day. My son would stop over between classes and visit. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a gas stove. The cons are things that wouldn’t bother someone if they weren’t going to stay for a long time. Cooking was challenging. The pans and utensils are not the best, but usable. I found the tv challenging as well. So I just used my computer. All in all I would recommend this place. And I will be staying here again

Great space for girls trip

We loved our stayed. It was very clean, very close to campus and overall great. Check in and check out were easy, parking was great. Location was short drive to everything we wanted to do.

Great location!

Great location to all the things we wanted to do. Short drive to Magnolia and other shopping. Lots of good places to eat close by and across the street is Baylor University. Seems like a safe area and was quiet at night.

Waco Birthday getaway

Great location across from the college. Everything we did was no more than 7 minutes away! Great options for food, drinks, shopping, etc…. great little place to stay. The beds were super comfortable, the only thing I would change honestly is the TV’s in the room, a little bit bigger would be nice for those of us with terrible eyes. Overall definitely would stay there again!!! Great little birthday getaway!

Very Clean property

I love this property. It is super clean, has cotton sheets, all the items you need for a long term stay and is located right across from Baylor. I used them several times as I’ve traveled from Alaska to Texas to see my daughter at Baylor.

Townhouse on campus

Great property! Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of seating at the long bar type table. The only tv is downstairs in the living room but they provide cable. If you stay be sure to go see the 2 bear cubs in their habitat close by!

Congrats to those that updated this building and created these rentals on a college campus. Besides all the amenities described, the outdoor space is welcoming. Highly recommend this rental with its close location to all those places you wish to visit.

Waco Getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to this updated condo very much! The location was convenient to everything in Waco. Anything we needed was provided, and the bed was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet.. The property manager, Ashley, went above and beyond in helping us…extremely friendly and accommodating! Shout out to Gabby, too! We hope to stay here again soon!

All the little thoughtful touches made it feel like home

It seemed that most of us on property came to town to host Thanksgiving with our families. It was lovely seeing all of us gathered to celebrate. The condo was perfect and made us feel at home. I would definitely do it again. It was an added perk that we were across the street from the Baylor Union because it was a nice and peaceful place to walk the dog. Simply lovely and worked perfectly for our needs.

Unit was Clean, Ashley the prop manager was easy to communicate with through text and app., great unit. Would stay at the property again. Great to have the lounge area outside of unit to hang out. Worked great for my family with three younger kids.

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less split my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Why they chose this property

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
