Lovely Villa near Harbour Town For couple

This perfectly located Villa is on the second floor with a spectacular lagoon view. It is minutes from Harbour Town, restaurants, the ocean, and all the amenities of Sea Pines. This is the perfect Villa for a couple or small family. The living/dinning room opens to a new deck overlooking the lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has access to the bathroom in the hallway. It has a fully updated kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Dishes, pans, cooking utensils provided along with linens. Renters can use the well maintained clay tennis courts on the villa grounds or the communal pool. Maximum people 2 adults and 1 small child. Sea Pines has many regulations, please review www.seapinesliving.com to see rules and regulations before booking. Things like RV's, trailers, personal vehicles with advertising, E bikes, etc. are not allowed in Sea Pines.

Great Location

We loved staying here especially because of the location being walking distance to Harbourtown. It’s a beautiful setting and had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot on the island

Great minimoon get away

The location of this property was amazing, we were able to bike to all of the Sea Pines Resort restaurants. We were able to walk to the lighthouse, and took a boat ride over to Daufuskie. The bed was comfy and the porch was a great bonus.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful trip. This villa is very comfy and has all the essentials. The bed and living room furniture are extremely comfortable and perfect for winding down after a fun day in the sun. Also, the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful!

Great Sea Pines location

The unit was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed being close to Harbor Town. Nice view of the lagoon from the 2nd floor unit. It had all the typical amenities you’d expect but be sure to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella Parking was easy. Communication with the host was simple and they were responsive. If we were seeking the same experience, we’d stay here again or recommend it to others.

Perfect HHI Getaway

We were in town for a family reunion in Sea Pines and this property provided the perfect location for my family. It is incredibly convenient to Harbortown and still a reasonable bike ride to South Beach. The villa itself was very clean and well-appointed. The hosts made the pre-arrival process seamless and even accommodated our early check-in requests. During the stay, the hosts were engaging and responsive to any communication we had with them. Overall, this is a fantastic rental and location for couples or small families. The hosts are wonderful and I would absolutely return on my next visit to HHI.

Great location

Clean, convenient property. Location for those who want to be close to Harbor Town this is an ideal property. Furnishings need to be updated but everything was functional and adequate. No complaints !

Perfect Location

We always stay at this location every time we go to Hilton Head. It is perfect for the two of us. We love the fact that we can walk to Harbour Town for our breakfast and then walk to the pool never having to use our car. It’s a lovely villa with a nice view off of the deck.

Location is everything!

Bargain! Great location. Close to Harbor Town and to Trolley Stop. Much like a Hampton Inn.- not luxurious but comfortable.

Perfect location for 4th of July!

We had a great stay!! The location was perfect for fireworks in Harbor town! We rented bikes and biked the beach! Clean unit and perfect for our stay!

Couples retreat

Nice one BR condo close to Harbour Town. Owner is easy to work with and leaves detailed instructions and recommendations. Pool was closed all week by health department, which kinda sucked, but I don't blame owner for this. I will rent again if opportunity arrises.

Very nice accommodations and great location. Only problem was that cleaning services had not been accomplished before checkin at 5:30 pm. Called service and they claimed a scheduling error, and finished service within the hour.
