This luxurious 900+ square feet newer condo has a modern kitchen, bright living room, TV, WiFi, Washer/Dryer and air conditioner in the living room.
The suite offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. 1 room has a queen bed, and the 2 other bedrooms offer double beds. Two bedrooms come with attached ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full bathroom with shower and bath, separated by a corridor. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.
The open kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and rice cooker.
In the bright living room, the sectional sofa folds out into a double bed. The dining room has seating for 4 and there are an additional seats on the sunny deck.
Air conditioner is installed in living room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan installed.
The large balcony has a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy fresh air while having dinner.
The guests have full access to the condo except a few stored luggages in the living room closet and on floor between living room window and sofa. For kitchen area, please put all cookware and dinnerware in dishwasher, start washing cycle before checkout.
* Bedding and bath linen will NOT be provided for long term renters.
* An additional small floor fan is provided in case more air flow is preferred in hot days, since only living room has an AC unit. This fan can help blowing cool air into each bedroom. This fan is stored in bathroom cabinet for each bedroom.
* A large floor fan is provided to help circulate air. When cooking, please open the balcony door to about 20 inches wide, turn on the floor fan, blow air toward the balcony. This will help preventing smoke alarm being triggered and reducing cooking odors.
Our Building is located very close to UBCO, and many amenities: Within 5 km: miniature golf, golf clubs, YMCA, park trail, Duck Lake, many restaurants and stores.
Nearby: Our condo is a conveniently located: about 6 mins walk to UBCO, 3 minutes drive to Kelowna airport, and 15 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. Bus stops are about 10 minuets away.
Parking: Two parking spot is provided.
