NEW luxury, brand new villa near a wonderful beach
We have a brand new, modern villa located in superb position in Fazana, just across the Brioni archipelago, wonderful national park. In only 5 minutes walk, you are on the best Fazana beach, with a relaxing lounge bars, a restaurant in deep shade of olive groves and long seaside path for exploring the coast, with wonderful views of the sea and the islands. The villa is 5 minutes away from a large supermaket on one side and less than 10 minutes walk to the centre with excellent restaurants.
The villa has just been finished, in modern style and with attention to every detail. You will find all you can imagine for a relaxing holiday. A very spacious living area with high ceiling and wooden beams give the space a luxury feel and a very special atmosphere. The roof covered terrace with garden furniture and sunloungers overlooks the pool. Every room is with ensuite bathroom, an extra toilette is on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms are downstairs, one twin bedroom is downstairs. The garden is fenced for privacy.
