The villa-renovated Villa Seydlitz is located directly behind the beach promenade and only approx. 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

Your apartment 1RB1 is on the ground floor of the villa. It has a beautiful covered terrace across the entire width of the apartment. The 36sqm large and modern 1-room apartment offers 2 people space for a pleasant stay. In addition to a combined living room / bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, the apartment has a spacious hallway and a bright bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. In the living room you will find a large double bed as well as a separate dining area, flat-screen TV and radio. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. All our guests can use free WiFi access. A lockable bicycle room belongs to the house. A coin-operated washer dryer is available in the basement of the neighboring house. The apartment has its own parking space in the center car park.
