I offer you a newly renovated and stylishly furnished 55m2 apartment in a quiet, central location. The apartment is on the green hill. I would like to expand the portfolio of superhost flats in Bayreuth with this property. I want to offer you living space in which you feel completely comfortable. B. with a queen-size bed. Für eine Nacht ok

Der Start bzw. die Anreise gestalteten sich als schwierig. Wir haben keine Daten zum Zugang zur Wohnung bekommen. Ein erster Anruf veim Vermieter schlug fehl mit der Begründung, dass ernkicht wüsste worum es geht. Beim zweiten Telefonat, circa 5 Stunden später und mit konkreterer Nachfrage, brachte ein Ergebnis. Der Vermieterwar überraschtvon der Buchung, gab uns aber unkompliziert den Türcode. Als wir nach 18 Uhr ankamen wurde die Wohnung noch gereinigt. Und als Begrüßung erwartete uns ein handgeschriebener Zettel, der uns nahelegte, dass wir für Sauberkeit sorgen sollen, da sonst die Kosten steigen.Die Wohung an sich ist in einen renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand, aber für ein oder 2 Nächte vollkommen ok. An der ein oder anderen Stelle kann es ruhig sauberer sein. So lag zum Beispiel verstreutet Salz im Schrank.Der Preis für eine Nacht entspricht nicht der Qualität, die man dafür erwartet.

Nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos

Als wir zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt 16:00 Uhr eintreffen, war das Apartment nicht fertig. Wir durften unsere Sachen reinbringen und sind mit samt Schlüssel in die Stadt gegangen. Als wir nachts zurückkam, steckte erneut ein Hausschlüssel auf der Apartment Tür also für jedermann zugänglich! No Go!!!!! Das Zimmer selbst war nicht so schön hergerichtet wie es die Fotos versprechen. Bunte, zusammengewürfelte Bettwäsche u deko. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett

FeWo wärmsten zu empfehlen

Der einzige Minuspunkt wäre in der Kommunikation. Habe leider keine Rückinfo über meine Nachrichten erhalten. Der Rest war Sehr gut bis perfekt. Immer wieder gerne 👌🏻

Alles war Perfekt

Sehr angeneher Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Immer erreichbare nette Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.
