Schöne Wohnung

Wir haben eine Woche im August in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Check-In lief kontaktlos, wir haben den Vermieter tatsächlich kein einziges Mal persönlich zu Gesicht bekommen. Dafür lief aber der Kontakt per WhatsApp reibungslos. Wir hatten zwischendurch ein paar mal Fragen bzw. kleine Probleme, die uns zeitnah beantwortet wurden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war insgesamt gut ausgestattet, eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt allerdings. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, war aber etwas schwergängig. Die Matratze im Bett war nicht so toll, man hat richtig die Federn gespürt. Mittlerweile gibt es ja auch hochwertige Matratzen für wenig Geld, das wäre vielleicht mal eine Investition. Wir konnten jedoch trotzdem ganz gut in dem Bett schlafen und es war auch breit genug für zwei Personen. Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank und auch einen Schrank mit Schubladen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Das Sofa war zum Sitzen etwas unbequem, aber in Ordnung. Der Balkon ist soweit ganz schön, hat aber keinen richtigen Esstisch (es ist eher eine Art Couchtisch, den man aber auch zum Essen nutzen kann). Was uns noch gefehlt hat, sind Mückennetze an den Fenstern und der Balkontür. Insgesamt waren wir trotz kleinerer Defizite mit der Wohnung wirklich zufrieden und könnten uns auch vorstellen, wiederzukommen. Die kleine Stadt Arbatax ist kein Highlight, aber ganz in Ordnung. Es gibt Bäcker, Supermärkte, Eisdielen usw. Baden kann man sehr gut südlich am Lido Orrì.

Bewertung Unterkunft in Arbatax

Unser Urlaub war sehr entspannt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Marco verlief reibungslos. Er spricht deutsch und ist sehr bemüht dass alles bestens läuft. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder. LG Carola und Reinhold
