Vacation apartment/ fitter's apartment on the ground floor with terrace in a central location
In the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen and offers a dining area for eight people. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area and satellite TV. From here you get to the terrace and access to the spacious garden.
From the living room you come into another hallway with access to the triple room and an additional large bathroom with bath and shower.
Parking is available on the private property.
The minimum rental period is five nights.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price.
The price for the final cleaning is € 50.00.
The Centro with its promenade and the neighboring attractions such as; Marina, Sea Life, Aqua Bad, Metronom Theater, König Pilsener Arena, Legoland or the Gasometer with its changing exhibitions, the Olga Park (grounds of the Landesgartenschau 1999), as well as the Castle Vondern, can be reached in a few minutes by public transport or car ,
The nearby motorways offer the opportunity to further explore the sights of the Ruhr area.
