About this property

In the midst of a scenic idyll, the house is about a kilometer from the center. The senior-friendly non-smoking apartment is 65 square meters and has a separate entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and hot water kettle. There are two bedrooms in which four beds are available. In the living room there is a fireplace and a large selection of books for cozy hours at home. The large south-facing balcony is ideal for relaxing bird watching. A parking space is available.
