Modern 45 sqm apartment for up to 4 people in Verl-Kaunitz!
45 sqm apartment for max 2 adults and 2 children in Verl-Kaunitz, for rent. 3 adults are also possible.
It is a 2 room apartment in a 5 family house and was completed in January 2020. All furniture was newly purchased.
The apartment has a large living / dining room with a kitchenette.
Kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, dining table with 4 seats.
Equipment living room: Falchbildfernsehen 32 "with Internet connection, sofa, pull-out as a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children
There is a bedroom with 2 beds (140x200 and 90x200), a large wardrobe.
Bathroom equipment: toilet, sink, shower and towel radiator.
The parking lot is directly at the house.
The special thing is that it is of course a self-contained apartment. In addition, the entire house was renovated and just finished. So this apartment too. Everything was selected and designed as if we were moving in ourselves.
In the immediate vicinity (radius approx. 300m) there are:
Supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, pharmacy, doctors and a gas station
This apartment is very central and you can reach almost everything on foot.
