Our concept - just start your dream trip with hand luggage and enjoy your dream vacation from 1. Minute on without stressful shopping for the initial equipment of your vacation home. We take on a free initial purchase for you before your arrival and equip the apartment with a standard package of initial equipment.

You will be personally welcomed by one of our employees who, on request, will also offer you a short tour of the modern and very well-equipped penthouse apartment "Cabo Cervera" and will provide you with the access data for the WiFi connection.

You can expect:
- A bright living room - equipped with a pull-out sofa and flat screen TV with satellite TV, and air conditioning hot / cold
- A very spacious fully glazed terrace with sliding windows with breathtaking sea views from the front - equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 comfortable sofas to relax and unwind
- A fully equipped modern kitchen u. a. with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc., special feature: 1 table grill and 1 raclette
- Modern bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
all beds are equipped with new and comfortable mattresses, pillows and duvets, we make the beds on the day of your arrival!
- The living area is equipped with laminate flooring!
Exclusive equipment in bedrooms and bathrooms:
- 1 fluffy bathrobe per guest
- 1 comfortable microfiber blanket and cuddly pillow per guest
- 2 towels, 2 small guest towels and 2 shower towels per guest
- Freshly made beds on arrival + spare bed linen + spare pillows in the closet
- Care products for men and women, incl. Disposable razors, shaving cream, toothbrush and toothpaste
- 1 hair dryer
Additional kitchen equipment:
- Coffee machine "Nestle Dolce Gusto" - Automatic with a selection of different coffee specialties and matching cups and glasses

- Sugar white and brown, as well as salt, olive oil, vinegar and various spices, onions, garlic

- 1 500g pack of spaghetti, 1 glass of tomato sauce

1 beach chair, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag, 1 beach blanket and 1 beach towel per guest are available for the beach walk.

Our free special service:
- A bottle of sparkling wine awaits you in the fridge as well as a small selection of soft drinks, ice cubes and fresh unsprayed lemons.
- For the first hunger there is a packed salad bowl with croutines and cheese cubes as well as a portion of baked goods for baking (adapted to the number of guests in the apartment)
- In order to be able to enjoy your first breakfast when the sun is rising on our very cozy terrace, you will find a breakfast package in the fridge (adapted to the number of guests) consisting of:
- Baguette and croissant for baking
- Port.- Butter, - jam and honey
- a portion of Spanish sausage specialty and cheese
- a small assortment of 1-port.packs of cornflakes
- 1 bottle of milk, 2 fruit yogurts and 1 bottle of orange juice
 You will also find onions, garlic and a pack of 12 fresh eggs

Water costs are included in the price, electricity is calculated based on consumption.
- When handing over the apartment, the electricity meter will be recorded on the handover certificate by our employee, upon departure a fee of € 0.30 / kWp will be charged for each kW-hour used and deducted from the deposit

- ATTENTION: This apartment is a "non-smoking apartment" - smoking is only allowed on the terrace in front of the entrance
- Pets are not allowed!
- The rubbish must be disposed of daily in the rubbish bins on the street
- Damage to windows, doors, furniture or electrical equipment must be reported by the tenant immediately
