Large, bright apartment for 2 - 4 people in a central location

Very spacious apartment, flooded with sun and perfectly connected to the public transport network. Also suitable for families, at least plenty of space for 4 people. Simply to feel good!

The property is opposite an underground station, the perfect entry point to discover all of Vienna. Or you can set off on foot and reach the center of the city via one of the many shopping streets.

The beautiful Viennese old building apartment with white wing doors and beautiful parquet floors is modernly equipped and offers everything for a wonderful stay in Vienna.

The new kitchen is fully equipped, everything is there for breakfast with coffee and toasts, but more sophisticated dishes can also be prepared on the stove or in the oven.

The sparkling clean bathroom has a shower cubicle and a sink. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

Wien ist einen Urlaub wert
Wir waren rundum zufrieden, bis auf die Tatsache, dass wir abends im Wohnzimmer in Kalten sitzen mussten, trotz sämtlicher Versuche der Vermieterin den Ofen in Gang zu bringen. Nach kurzer Zeit hat sich dieser wieder ausgeschaltet. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben.H.Brandt

Magnifique séjour à Vienne!
Nous avons fait un très beau séjour de 4 jours à Vienne. L’appartement était propre, et bien localisé. Nous y avons dormi paisiblement. La cuisine est suffisamment garnie pour se faire des repas simples. C’est appartement est dans un vieux immeuble qui pourrait être rénové un peu.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz. Die Lage an der U-Bahn und einer Ausfallstraße bringt einen eher hohen Geräuschpegel mit sich. Den Kindern war's egal, wir Erwachsenen haben mit Ohrstöpseln geschlafen. Davon abgesehen war aber alles gut und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Auch wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist der Verkehrslärm zu hören. Störend waren die Gerüche der im Haus befindlichen Gastronomie, die nachts durch das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung zogen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und schön möbliert. Aufgrund der zentrale Lage ist ein hohes Verkehrsaufkommen, was deutlich, auch durch geschlossene Fenster, zu hören ist. Leider hat die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt im Sommer etwas schwierig macht, aufgrund der Hitze und des Lärm. Ansonsten hat jedoch alles gepasst....

Schöne Wohnung
Schöne Wohnung etwas außerhalb aber mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Zwei Bäckereien, Gaststätten und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt mit einer schönen, neuen Küche. Mit vier Personen konnten wir hier sehr gut wohnen.

Zentrumsnahe Wohnung
Schöne helle Altbauwohnung. Sie liegt direkt an der Wiener Stadtbahn, wovon man schnell sich in alle Richtungen in Wien bewegen kann. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten. Im Umfeld gibt es Parkhäuser und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Durch die vierspurige Straße ist ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden, die Fenster können aber einen Großteil des Straßenlärms draußen halten.

Mitten in der Stadt
Direkte Anbindung zum sightseeing. Bus-, Uhbahn- und Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür wodurch man schnell von einem Ort zum anderen kommt. Wohnung war groß, hell und sauber. Einziges mankow, Straßenlärm und sehr warme Räumlichkeiten. Lüften, auch Nachts war sehr laut. Allgemein wars schwierig, die Räume nach warmen Sonnentage runter zu kühlen.
