Modern farmhouse with nice pool between the villages of Manacor and Porto Cristo only 10-15 minutes from beautiful eastcoast beaches. Hillside location with woderful views over Manacor towards the Tramuntana mountain range. 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa ( 3 doubles / 1 twin ), air condition in all rooms.
Situated absolutely tranquil on a 20000m2 plot of land, only 5 minutes from the village of Manacor. Various sandy beaches can be reached within 15 carminutes.
Finca Alegra is equipped with a modern and complete kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave and oven. In addition, the finca has a washing machine, dryer, shower with hydromassage, as well as satellite TV and stereo system in the living room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, downstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
Wonderful outside areas with more than complete outside kitchen and childrens playground. Lot's of shaded terraces. One bathroom with shower. Table tennis available. Gated pool.
Children are welcome, one cot and one high-chair are available on request at no extra cost
