Holiday finca near the beaches of "Es Trenc", set in quiet grounds overlooking the rolling rural landscape. It is located near the market town of Campos and Sa Rapita with many shops and restaurants. The holiday house Turm Son Xanet is part of the Finca estate Son Xanet, which offers two more units, another holiday house sleeping max. 4 and one apartment sleeping max. 3. The units can be booked individually or all together.

Campos, which is 5 km away, is a busy agricultural town which livens up on market days every Thursday and Saturday morning. It is a friendly place with a smattering of interesting shops, restaurants and bars.

Es Trenc

Es Trenc is said to be the nicest beach on the island, and worth a visit. Here, 4 kilometres of beach are backed by sand dunes and natural bush land, with hardly a hotel complex in sight. Like all the popular beaches on the island it becomes busy in the height of the summer. Nearby the quieter beaches of Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes (in the same bay) are less well known, but just as beautiful.


The holiday house is a beautifully renovated tower with its own entrance and terrace. The holiday house is equipped as follows: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 guest toilet, living-room with SAT-TV and stereo, dining section, completely equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, central heating. A washing machine is available in the main house of the owners and can be used on request.

The beautiful and shared pool is surrounded by lawn and terraces. Sunbeds and parasols are available.
