Comfortable vacation apartment in the heart of Ulmen in the Eifel region

Here is a guest house with three apartments in the heart of Ulmen, in a quiet location in a residential area close to the market square, the Ulmener Maar, and the castle ruins. The state-approved resort is surrounded by several villages, forests and lakes in the Eifel, northwest of the Moselle.

The house is divided into three floors. This means that on the ground floor you will find a barrier-free holiday apartment in which you can receive up to four people on a living space of 65 m². The apartment has a private terrace and is also particularly suitable for physically impaired people. On the first floor, up to four people are also welcomed in the apartment with the same living space and a balcony. The 55 m² attic apartment is ideal for a holiday for two.
All three apartments have in common that they have a bedroom with a double bed. A third and a fourth guest always find a place to sleep on a pull-out sofa bed in the living room in the ground and upper floor apartment. The equipment in all apartments includes complete kitchen equipment and color television with satellite.-TV and WiFi connection.

The ground floor and the upper floor apartment each have their own terrace. The upper floor apartment also has a balcony. Appropriate garden furniture, a grill and a barbecue area are of course available.

By the way, your pet is happy to accompany you on vacation here, because pets are expressly welcome. If desired, you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee. We are also happy to help you organize rehabilitation measures or physical appointments at PHYSIODOM.

If you ever want to forego self-sufficiency, you will find a pizzeria just around the corner. Other cafes and restaurants are around 300 meters away. A large selection of shops, from discounters to supermarkets, can be found after about one kilometer. You can relax and unwind on the Ulmen Maar, after only 300 meters. The castle ruins can also be explored on foot after 350 meters. A tennis court offers sporting variety after 500 meters.

Furnished in a modern country house style, you can enjoy a comfortable holiday on a living space of 65 m², which is divided into a double bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. In the bedroom you sleep comfortably in a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, which is designed with two separate mattresses, each 90 cm wide. Two bedside chests of drawers on both sides with reading lamps let you read a good book before going to bed. A small television is also available next to the three-door wardrobe with a mirrored door and sufficient storage options for your luggage. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with a foldable shower partition, a built-in hand wash basin with an illuminated mirror cabinet and a toilet. Take a seat in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen at a dining table with four chairs. With the help of a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a combination of fridge and freezer and the usual small electrical appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster), you will be able to take care of yourself comfortably and extensively. The heart of the apartment is the living room, which can also be used as a second bedroom thanks to the sofa bed. In addition to the television, you can access the balcony through the outer door.
