Large pool, surrounded by terraces and lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas for up to 8 persons. Varios shaded terraces around the house, barbeque near the terrace.
Children are welcome, 1 cot and 1 high-chair are available on request at no extra cost
Pets are not allowed
A deposit of 500,00 € will be charged on arrival to be returned on departure.
Electricity: 40 KW/day are included in the price. Excess electricity will be charged at 0,26 €/KW + 21% VAT based on real consumption.
Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
Weekly cleaning and linen change are incl. in rental price
