Villa Cervantes is located in a quiet residential area at about 350 m from the sea. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in walking distance. The picturesque port and the beach Cala Marçal are in a distance of about 1 kilometres. The seaside village Portocolom is famous for the pretty port, the small fishermen's houses and the nice seaside promenade wit fine dining restaurants and bistros. The Cala Marçal bay offers a sandy beach with crystal clear waters and good infrastructure with sun bed hire, cafés and restaurants. On the opposite side is the S'Arenal beach with its popular beach bars and the nicest views of the village. Further beaches are within close reach by car. The popular Vall d'Or golf course is about 4,5 kilometres away.

Ample and comfortable villa with a modern appeal. Villa Cervantes is a state of the art holiday home with upmarket interiors. Coming from the street, there are a few steps up to the main door and into the entrance hall and the living area with wide glass doors towards the covered terrace, and the pool. The complete living area, fully-fitted kitchen included, is open plan and offers a distant sea view of the Portocolom bay. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has access to the side terrace, which is fitted with a dining table and chairs. Next to the kitchen is a pantry. Also on the ground floor, there are the three bedrooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer. The working hours are fixed from 21:00 hrs to 09:00 hrs. During the months of July and August times can be extended to a full 24 hours service on request and without paying extra.

The air-conditioning in the living area is not available. Use of the first floor is not included in the offer. The rooms up there are not being used and will be permanently locked.

Villa Cervantes offers has a stylish outdoor area with pool, sun terrace and various covered terraces. Next to the kitchen there is a breakfast terrace with a dining table and an adjoining space with a portable BBQ as well as a laundry room.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. For any additional infant a cot is obligatory and will be charged with 15,00 € per night.

The working hours of the air-coditioning are fixed from 21:00 hrs to 09:00 hrs. During the months of July and August times can be extended to a full 24 hours service on request and without paying extra.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 500 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

Minimum stay is one week. Additional days can be added.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
