Elegant country estate with a large pool that can be closed for children's safety in S'Alquería Blanca. This beautiful and elegantly furnished Finca Ronya offers 4 bedrooms and views of the sea. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
Passing through an ancient almond grove is the winding little track leading up to the magnificent finca Ronya. Set on the crest of a hillside with undulating 360 degree views across almond and olive groves towards miles of coastline and the blue Mediterranean sea. This area is one of Mallorca`s best kept secrets with secluded private estates and magnificent villas dotted around the countryside or perched on one of the many little hilltops that abound between the picturesque villages of Cas Concos and S'Alqueria Blanca. This coastline offers so many small delightful sandy coves including Cala Mondrago and one of the finest beaches in Mallorca, Es Trenc, all within 10-15 minutes pleasant drive.
Finca Ronya offers luxury accommodation including complimentary air conditioning in all bedrooms. The main entrance is to the rear of the property and opens into the good sized and superbly fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, one rack and breakfast area. Leading in from here is the attractive dining room with feature chandelier, solid oak dining table/chairs and doorway opening to the front upper terrace with wonderful views. The first very special feature of this gracious villa is the grand and sumptuous lounge/living room with top of the range "Drummond", three piece sofa suite, feature fireplace, Playstation 2 with two handsets, Satellite TV, DVD player and treble doorways opening onto the upper dining terrace.
The galleried landing with twin arched glass coloured windows, leads to the master double bedroom suite with ladies dressing area, full en-suite shower room and direct access to your personal and private upper sun terrace with far reaching views across the swimming pool and breathtaking countryside. Two twin bedrooms each have access to the upper terrace and share one full bath/shower room with Romanesque style tiles. Guests cloakroom/wc. From the gallery landing area 12 steps lead down to the poolside entrance with an arched covered terrace. Very suitable for teenagers, grandparents, au-pair-nanny or friends is the spacious fourth bedroom with double bed, full en-suite shower room and direct access to the gardens and pool area. Another very special feature is the vine covered BBQ terrace with 10-12 seater stone table enabling you to invite friends around for evening cocktails or enjoy a freshly cooked BBQ and dine on this terrace. To the front of the house is a good sized lawn area with plenty of room for children to play and brick built BBQ.
Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of €15.00/night for an additional baby cot.
The air conditioning is on a timer for 10 hours daily.
