Totally modern. Top of the line beds in all three bedrooms, quality linens, towels, and furnishings. Flat screen tv's in living room and all bedrooms. Exquisite views from every window in every room, including all bedrooms. Wireless internet access
Two bedrooms face the intercoastal, master faces the porch which overlooks the ocean. You can see the cresent in Cresent beach from the living room. The master bedroom and roomy porch have a direct oceanfront view. The dining room has views of the intercoastal and the beach. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 nice leather bar stools along the long granite topped island in the beautiful kitchen. The granite topped breakfast bar has seating for 4 as well. Stainless steel applicances and a washer dryer.

Weekly or monthly rentals from January through March. Weekly rentals available from April 1-December 31.
The complex features tennis courts, garage parking, boat parking, gated security, and a private boardwalk to the beach. The best part of all is the beach itself. Crescent Beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in northeast Florida, with plenty of marine life, great waves, wide sandy shores, and a family friendly atmosphere to make you feel welcome.
The ocean views are breathtaking, and the balcony just perfect for a continental breakfast as the dolphins swim past and the birds dash along the edge of the surf.

Fishing across the street on a private dock and stunning sunset views over the inter-coastal. Tennis, pool, parking winjammer – common grill area, secure, gated access, shower for feet as you exit beach, turtle nests abound.

Beautiful views
Every direction you look has a water view. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Communication with host was great. Three couples and we all enjoyed it even if the weather was not the best.

Best place to stay
We had an amazing stay, location was perfect for our family. Great place for the guys to fish across the street at the private dock, and the beach was not crowded. The condo couldn’t be any more perfect, great views and it has everything you needed for your stay. All the beds were super comfortable and we will be coming back!

Crescent beach stay hosted by Trish.
We had a lovely vacation at this Crescent beach property. Clean, lovely views and quality amenities, made for a wonderful stay. Didn’t want to leave the condo for the return home. Wonderful place to stay.

The Condo was everything it was advertised to be. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The patio was amazing with ocean views. We had an amazing time! View was great..very clean. Easy to get to and check in process was great. Had so many utensils and pots and pans. Very well stocked. We stayed there last year and plan on staying every year when available. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for a great family vacation!

This property is fantastic! Trish is so great to work with and responds quickly to questions before the stay and when on property when needs or questions arise. The condo is well equipped and always clean. The beach is super clean, quiet (some days I was the only person out there), and family friendly. People respect each other's space when setting up on the beach. We have stayed here 2 times and look forward to future trips!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. It's our second time at this resort, but first time in this lovely room. It may have been our first, but definitely won't be our last. The kitchen has everything you need. She also had extras throughout from dish soap, laundry detergent, from all the beach amenities you'd need. The view can't be beat! The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect. There is nothing negative to say. We didn't want to leave. The only recommendation I can think of is to have a magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom. Helps those of us who have a hard time seeing. Would definitely stay here again!

The View
Our family has been staying here for three years now. This is our second time in this unit. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Our son is disabled and this room and condo are perfect. The only thing we noticed is the rugs looked unwashed and the living room rug needs to be shampooed. However, this stuff is minor we're just very clean people. This will not stop us from booking again. Trish is always a pleasure to work/communicate with. Thank you again for another amazing vacation week!

Incredible Condo
This condo is one of the nicest on St. Augustine beach. The space is perfect for a family of five with teens. The entire condo has been updated and is very well appointed, the views of the beach and intercostal are amazing, and the furniture is great for hanging out. So many condos don’t have enough places to sit and eat and the living room furniture isn’t very comfy, but this one has plenty of room to feed the family and great living room furniture. We also love the location being a little further away from the crowds to the north, yet you are still close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. The beach is great in front of the condo with plenty of room between the water and the traffic. I would highly recommend booking this condo for your St. Augustine beach vacation.

5 stars is not enough!
We’ve been coming to the area for 5+years now and this property was new to us. This was the most wonderful stay we have ever had. The whole property was fabulous, cozy, and a joy to stay in. Well stocked, plenty of room for our large family, and the views!! The views from this property are second to none!! From every window we were able to enjoy the Atlantic sunrises, and in the evening the gorgeous sunsets. Peaceful tranquility is the phrase for this property. Do not look any further, you will want to stay here. We will be returning year after year. The property manager was wonderful as well, with great communication and availability if needed. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Thank you!!

If you want to stay at the best condo in Florida, stay here! The condo is beautiful and soooo clean and comfortable! The location is fabulous! And the communication with the host, Trish, is excellent! We were schedule to come the week after the hurricane hit so we weren't sure if we could even go but Trish kept us updated the whole time. We are so glad we got to go! It is the second time we've been there and we plan on making it a yearly tradition. Thanks for everything Trish!

Family Vacation
My husband, two daughters and I have been coming to St Augustine every summer since my now grown daughters were tiny. This condo can’t be beat. Period. I’ve had to book other condos when this one wasn’t available and none compared. Even more expensive ones. Well stocked and clean. Makes for a comfortable home away from home. Crescent Beach is beautiful. So many memories here. It was bittersweet to leave this time because we know we will never visit St. Augustine again. Each year we enjoyed going out to dinner in St. Augustine and then walking around to take in the sights, get ice cream, and shop every evening. I thought we had seen it all on those summer nights. So many different musicians, a man walking around with a snake, even a pig on a leash. My girls still talk about the things they saw when they were younger. We loved it. A beautiful city with lots of history. This time was different. The city itself seemed shabbier. We were accosted by street preachers screaming fire and brimstone. A lady in a Trump tank top carrying a huge Trump flag shouldered us off the sidewalk. Multiple businesses had signs stating in no uncertain terms to not come into their establishment if you did not hold their particular views. The fun and musicians were nowhere to be seen. We quickly left the city and did not return. We ate at restaurants along the strip in St. Augustine Beach and just stayed in a couple nights. I want to thank Trish Varnes for letting us rent her beautiful condo all those years. I know we will never find a better condo anywhere. We will cherish all the memories.
