With 2 ventilated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 box each), living room, balcony overlooking street, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and freezer (all new), laundry area, 32 "HD TV, HD cable TV, Built-in closets in both bedrooms. Covered garage. Sleeps 6 people in beds (there are mattresses for 2 more). Maximum occupancy allowed: 09 people. Small pets allowed. We give preference to families.
