Condo on the ground floor of a one-story house in a residential complex with a total of 10 houses. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with separate dining area, kitchen and utility room. Washer, dryer, fridge and freezer with ice maker. Air conditioning telephone and internet access as well as a balcony. With insect screen. Two televisions. Own parking space in front of the house. Heated pool and whirlpool, sauna and fitness room as well as shared gas grill by the pool. The facility is largely inhabited by US citizens. So not just a holiday resort.

Great place and good hosts.

The check-in instructions were clear. The place was clean and ready for the stay. Unit contained everything as indicated in the post. Close to the speedway, university, and the beach. I would stay there once again.

Bugged out

I was very upset with the cockroach’s and the dirty carpet in the whole condo. We had to walk around with our shoes on or our feet would be black. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

alles nahezu perfekt

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Lebensmittelstore und Outlet-Center. Zur Beach ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr sauber und man findet alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Und wenn es etwas mehr sein darf, ist dies auch vorhanden. Eine besser ausgestattete Wohnung hatte ich bisher nicht (es war sogar Werkzeug in der Kiste). Das Bett im Masterbedroom könnte etwas grösser sein, aber das ist nur meine persönlich (vom eigenen grossen Bett verwöhnte) Meinung. Es sind nicht die neuesten und modernsten Möbel, aber alles in einem sauberen und tadelosen Zustand. Wer sich hierüber beschweren will, beschwert sich auch über einen 6er im Lotto. Zum Vermieter: Walter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und antwortet innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Zwei kleine Terminverschiebungen (meinerseits) und ein früherer Checkin wurden anstandslos durchgewunken. Wir buchen hier bestimmt ein zweites und drittes mal. Soll heißen...... wir kommen wieder. Beste Grüße und habt einen schönen Aufenthalt Ralph
